I don`t know spanish (or catalan) that well to know the context of the argument. But what I believe is that the girl with classes want the "boy" to be a bit more mature.

Showering now in the bathroom, but as often here the cams are all fogged up - have they turned off the extractor fan (or perhaps there isn't one?)?  The other apartments don't seem to get this problem.

There is a need for a fan in the bathroom. I dont know if they just ignore it, or if there is non.
