I do pay and usually take advantage of the 3 months for $99 so I feel like I am paying a little less overall that the $45 rate. But sinking ship??? I just don't see it. They have now 14 apartments and there were 4 when I started watching. Could they use improvement and new blood - yes. And I hope if they actually have new owners they do improve it.
