DD .... this is not a complaint or attack, just an observation. ( but i do like to poke you with a stick 😈 )  At one time you blamed the disappointing performance of RLC Barcelona on Nelly and Bogdan.  Everything was their fault.  Well .... Nelly and Bogdan have been gone, coming up on a year, and yet, there has not been any improvement. It could be debated .... things have gotten worse. B1 closed, occasional tenants, empty beds, and the rats.  OK .... poking done, you have a enjoyable summer on the beach.  🍹

But the old days didn’t refer to Buki’s stay but long before I guess 😉
