Based on Angie description of Nancy's condition which was reported in the now closed thread, I will opine that Nancy is more comfortable in bed with another woman, or when another woman is also present.  It may be that Nancy was taken advantage of before arriving at Sasha and Dasha's, and this led to a distrust of men.  And Sasha and Dasha are working with her to help her overcome that distrust.  This repetitive lying in bed, the three of them cuddling and holding hands may be an attempt to make her feel safe.  And last night in bed with only Sasha was another step in expanding her comfort zone.

Nancy has bathed with Adeline, and seemed comfortable doing so.  She may eventually do a threesome with Adeline and Markus, but I suspect that it would be without any B&D toys.

I will also note that on several occasions recently, she went out in the evening and met a friend or friends at a club or cafe (she put on make-up).
