yes, Anabel and Effim..  She was lovely and loved watching her play her violin.. They brought back Eva temporarily, maybe one day Anabel will visit the "vacation" villas. One can only hope. 

By keeping the apartment under Couples indicates that there will be an incoming female to be added to the listing.. let's see what they name her.

Look back to Darkman's post when he posted in Spanish the exact day and time that Martina made a phone call and said her first name and family name about a week to ten days ago. That name matched exactly to the voicemail that Alberto left on Nelly's phone, which by the way, I recorded for posterity. They obviously tried using a fake name to use in front of the cameras but it's pretty hard to do after a while. She'll soon be gone and the new girl will have a new name.

Only the first letter is correct, the rest is not even close.  A long time ago they had a heart on the whiteboard with C+J on it.. his and her initials. He used to call her "dear" in Spanish, but also uses her name and so does she. One time when Nelly and Martina were in Nelly's bed, Alberto left Nelly a voice mail and used both of the girls' names.

After watching her leave with Taco last night, I was surprised to see either again so soon. That she came back to the apartment with the dog in tow makes me think her new place either isn't suitable for leaving him alone during the daytimes or she is trying to get him gradually used to the new place before she leaves him alone there. His own presence in the apartment surely isn't a RLC contractual obligation 😂 I do think her continued presence maybe is, though (among other factors).

 

Martina slept elsewhere as Alberto and Juliet slept in the bedroom. Right now, Juliet and her sister are in the kitchen looking for stuff in the cupboards and making themselves at home.. Obviously, the move has been approved by RLC. 

Edit: In regards to Taco, it must be a dog sitting arrangement. If she's in classes all day, someone has to take the dog out to pee.. That's ok, I don't mind seeing her a few more times. Getting a dog at this stage in her life was short sighted, especially given her intended career of being a tour guide. She'll be doing a lot of travelling if she gets the job she wants. who's gonna look after Taco then? 

Taco's back in the apartment and Juliet is cleaning the kitchen.. it's looking like she's moved in.

Quite a sad sight, Martina packing a few more things and her pillow, while Alberto and Juliet are having dinner. Martina goes to the table and takes a bowl of food and sits on the side of the couch eating, with the lovebirds are on a speakerphone call to another woman.  Alberto loves Taco, petted him and kissed him 3 times. Martina pretty much ignored him.. This may be it.. she took her bed pillow and Taco's water bowl. 

Her pictures above the tv are gone and so are the 2 boxes she had under the window in the dining space..

Agreed.. they had nearly 7 years to build up their savings.. Youth is wasted on the young!! They should have taken this opportunity to save lots of money from their RLC income and from not having to pay rent.

They've been living alone together for quite some time, leading separate lives under the same roof. She does her thing and he does his. She loaned him money for his failed business and now he's trying to buy a place of his own but failed to come up with the entire down payment, according to the translators. If RLC lets him stay in this apartment with his new G/F, they're going to have to put on a good show to keep the viewers engaged.
