Apparently, Martina has already rented an apartment or renting a room, and Alberto had made a downpayment on his own apartment but doesn't have the rest of the money owed to close the deal, hence, the tense discussion about money with Martina, plus he owes her money too. Word is they are going to ask if RLC will allow Juliet to move in and live with Alberto and keep the RLC money flowing. I suspect we won't be seeing Martina for much longer.

This apartment is living up to the name of the "project". "REAL LIFE.. this is real life.. relationships start with love and tenderness, then things evolve for better or for worse... infidelity / love fades and couples end up fighting over money... and while it is sad for some of us who have been with them for close to 7 years, this final drama keeps us engaged and watching to see what happens next. Martina comes and goes from her own place to keep the RLC money flowing but Alberto is stuck here till he comes up with more money for his new apartment. It's a sad ending but that's real life.

Los he estado observando desde el día que se mudaron a este departamento y con el paso de los años su relación con Martina cambió. Yo veía a Alberto nada más que como el ama de llaves de Martina.
