Angie left her apartment at 13:16:10 and opened A/M's door at 13:17:08 (58 secs). However, Angie left A/M at 14:35:49 and got to her apartment at 14:36:36 (47 secs). So given that, she lives 1 floor below A/M and not upstairs in the "penthouse", it's quicker to go downstairs than upstairs. Then the question returns to about R/D, their apartment appears to be on a top floor. I don't think the view from A/M's balcony supports that it is R/D's balcony above them. So, I agree that R/D must live in a different neighboring building.

Bathroom tiles - Angie, A/M, D/S/N, all have the same, can't see R/D's. Cabinet Hardware - A/M, D/S/N, R/D, all have the same, Angie's looks old. Building Exterior - All have the same glass barrier on the balcony. Angie, A/M, D/S/N have the same tile, can't make out R/D's but they do have the same tile baseboard along the wall. Fan units appear to be different on D/S/N and R/D exterior, but that can happen if one was replaced for some reason. Paint and texture look to be about the same. The roof edges, I don't believe Angie, A/M and D/S/N are on the top floor, where R/D might be, which could explain the differences. I think the only real supportive thing that R/D are in a different building are travel times between apartments. It generally tends to be around 10 minutes between Dragomir leaving his apartment and then showing up at another. But there could be a number of reasons for that. Maybe he smokes, so he steps outside for that before going to his destination. Dragomir going places is a bad reference, I think he is the type to get sidetracked by hitting on a neighbor walking in the hall. Next time R/D's apartment has a visit from one of the other partipants, will have to check to see how long it took them to travel there.

I'm convinced Angie spends a lot of time at A&M's for the snacks. Her fridge is pretty much empty and I only ever see her eating spoonfuls of protein powder there. Angie needs a t-shirt that says "Will F*ck 4 Snax".

I think all 4 of the Montenegro apartments are in the same building. A/M and D/S/N are neighbors, Angie is either down the hall or up/down a floor (about 30 seconds away) and R/D are at least a couple floors up/down.

Something to consider when Rowena has her breakdowns. She is basically in a prison. Dragomir a lot of times is gone all day and evening, but he pops into other apartments sometimes to visit without stopping home to see her. How often do we see Rowena actually leave the apartment? Rowena having an online affair going on wouldn't surprise me one bit, she is severely neglected.
