VH cannot afford to pay well to its participants, that means , it cannot attract the best talents. It has something to do with the middle man business model. After VH+Managers take their cut, there is not much money left to offer to participants. There are a few apartment exceptions, but in general, VH participants are always in stress (according to Pete) and don't feel secured in their work. They seem to be under compensated. Now the big question you might ask is that why RLC is doing so much better than VH so it can pay top $$$ to its participants?? Because VH can't deliver the same is the quality of views to its subscribers. No matter how sexy VH participants are, the result is poor. What do I mean? read this: Sia was one the best elite participant that a Voyeur business could ever hire. She was young, unbelievably sexy, single open to many guys. You name it, she had it. A girl like Sia would bring 5% profit increase for RLC, but she had to leave VH. Why? read the following points: Contrary to VH, RLC has a great HD streaming infrastructure. It delivers high quality video stream to its subscribers Contrary to VH, RLC invests in a better cameras. It delivers high quality videos to its subscribers Contrary to VH, RLC's apartment layouts are perfect for the type of business. You don't get disastrous apartment layouts and camera coverage that Sia had or Corn currently is suffering from in RLC. Contrary to VH, RLC's lighting setup is perfect, it was perfect even back in 2012. Now you put one the best participants (Like Sia) in mix of above VH weaknesses, she fails. In RLC she would have so much income $$$ that she could not even think about leaving. I personally liked Sia very much, but no matter what she did, it wasn't looking any good. Everything about her apartment was disastrous. The main problem is that VH cannot even fix many of above problems. Because VH quality is in hand of managers like A&L who are not much into quality matters. After all, A&L don't have an MBA or any business degree. But RLC can directly get involved and improve things in apartments.

That was my guess too. Consider that A&L have many more angry and unhappy ex-participants than any other manager. I am just sad since I know I won't see Zoi sister ever again 😞

As long as VH follows the same path that RLC is going, they should be safe. RLC is in Russia for may years - before VH.

I should have said a democratic forum with moderators who monitor and kick out trolls. RLC sees the posted images a copyright problem, whereas VH sees them as marketing advantage. I personally see VH is acting smarter in that particular area.

I think the topic is being over analysed to death. VH needs to exit its operations from Ukraine. Period. Either they are smart to learn the lesson, or they learn it in a hard way. VH has 2 killing significant advantages above RLC at least for me: #1: Archive recording.
