Sounds very much like the original RLC. We were able to watch mainly couples living a normal life, most had jobs (even husband and wife both worked), only a few cams installed with one or two free cams, rare to catch nudity, some bare ass or quick view of boobs, similar type voyeur teases and sex happened when they were in the mood.
