Sorry StnCld, the 22nd amendment to the Constitution deals with the term of the President--However, given the make up of Congress---IMO it just would not happen and he would not get support from 3/4 majority of the States. What would it take to repeal the 22nd Amendment? So, yes, Trump could absolutely push for a repeal of the current limit. Off the back of a strong State of the Union and personal best approval rating, he might even garner enough support. It would require a two-thirds majority proposal in the Senate or the House. States would then have to ratify the amendment with a three-quarters majority. The odds are against him, though. A Constitutional repeal has only happened once, to repeal the 18th Amendment which established Prohibition. It’s difficult and unlikely, but not impossible.

I think that President Trump could have remained President given his accomplishments for the USA and peace in the Middle East. However, he just couldn't keep his mouth shut together with his egotistical speeches that no one else could do what he did, condemnation, demeaning, and ridicule of people like McCain (which IMO cost him Arizona) and others to whom he had a disagreement, and his stupid, continuous tweeting caused a lot of Americans to dislike him as a person, see him as a bully and all this caused him to lose the election.

If there is voter fraud, I do not think that it is that relevant to the projected outcome. If Biden was not leading the popular vote by over 2,500,000 plus votes, I would be more concerned. President Trump mathematically would have had to win all of the remaining states to win the election, which was improbable.

And the next President within the next 4 years when Biden is declared incompetent. 😏
