    What I learned to do is: 1) to accept that it will never go away. This helped me to avoid the anxiety that use to come from feeling helpless to solve the issue; 2) To ignore it. This works for me about 80% of the time. Just like we don't always hear the stomach rumble, or the heart beating, the mind can be trained to control what sound is focus and what sounds can run in the background. The phenomenon that I am describing is referred to as accommodation and there is conversation about it in the field of Psychology. Meditation can help to train the mind to re-direct one's consciousness. It works just like it does when we are focusing on something so intensely that we never hear what someone is saying right in front of us. It was sometimes embarrassing to have to ask the person to repeat themselves, but I learned how it works from thinking about it differently. This is not a prescription for anyone...just me sharing my story.

    I also agree about Dick and Jane as legends! Don't forget that when Dick was formerly known as "Top KnoT", he started the disruption that has led to the present configuration of RLC apartments. I believe that his legendary fuck on Masha led to Shasha's "breakdown"... which led to him leaving with Dasha...which led to.etc. etc.

    After watching Shantal for a while now, I have concluded that her slow develop is not a result of her fear of fucking Wolf on camera...it's her fear of being recorded and plastered all over the internet. However, based upon the rate that she has accommodated the RLC environment...going from covering up to walking around naked, I believe that the last frontier crossed soon. I believe that they have already been fucking for some time abd she has been reluctant to go on camera due to her fear. However, so much time has been invested in Wolf that they cannot allow for him to walk away from Shantal defeated. The script has to be concluded soon and the bill for their time investment has to be paid.

    Suggesting that the relationship between Martina and Nelly is what caused her break-up with Alberto is a stretch. In fact, to say that any one thing is the cause is not likely. The same relationship did not cause Nelly and Bogdan to break up! Many people exist in a state of consciousness that requires that they look the other way in order to avoid any unpleasantness, resulting from the knowledge that their partner fucking some else. There is such a thing, I believe, as "one fuck to many" ..."the last straw" the one that precipitates the decision to divest from the relationship. That is the fuck that we like to blame! That is the fuck that we remember but it's more than likely the cumulative effect of many different things.

    Now that I have re-watched the replay, I think that I would prefer to fuck the Sister Girl rather than Martina if given the opportunity.     I'm trying to think of the last fuck that I saw on RLC that was better than what Alberto put down in the past 24-36 hours. Has he joined a rather small selection of men who have distinguished themselves by fucking on RLC? For a male to achieve that status is a rather difficult given the classic performances by many of the women. But can we think of Alberto being in the same league with Top Knot, Hakeem, Sasha (before Top Knot) and Dylan? LOL

    Most likely both Martina and Alberto have mixed feelings about what is happening. I have talked to swingers who admit they have mixed feelings when the see their partner with another person. They say that the sexual passion overrides any negative feelings.
