To end this from my part..it just feels an lost(fantastic) opportunity,they could had made something fresh,new,that looked distinct and first impressions(we will see next times)it's..looks exactly like the 30 others houses that are in majority in Russia etc,including the residents.House can be an success,everything acan happen who knows,but dam...feels an far cry of what could had been(and right from day one).

Myself love the American life style(well less one think or other(Trump...iuksss)maybe that's one of the reasons i was desiluded,expected American style all over the house,and I look to the house and looks..no personality..if someone sayed the place was in Mexico or Brasil or other place i would believe,I understand the part VHTV says house it's to appeal usa audience etc,but they can't forget they have many users in Europe that also like to see an place in such cool country.its those little and not so little details that should be thinked and worked out.Lets open an place in USA..it's important to have local residents and an pace this feels and looks American,and in this house I don't feel that.

Sometimes even if you find them very attractive isn't even enought,think the ideal it's an good balance between looks and personality,we had an good exemple the two couples that were in what is now Patric and Clair place,atrative girl residents but..they barely moved or shown big personality.But it's important to have those two things(at least in equal parts)looks and personality.Right now(Personaly taste)the looks of this residents don't appeal me and that won't change,but maybe their have an very nice Personaly and are fun to watch,in that case it would still be nice to fallow.Gess we will know all that in next times.

Indeed,in that point it's good for the rest of places,Miami place isn't an super place,it's just like the houses already open but better looking house,Gess this place will not concentrate most of the views,so the others can be with no worries.But myself after this first impression gona try to give them one week(at least)to see if it's like it seems or will be a lot better.
