    Another thing is when VTHV wants to be really sure they just have to sent the packaged through a VPN tunnel. Easy as that. They can block VPN (Which not even China does) But in that case you simply change the ports you use 😂

    Basically no. As they never have the ressources to scan EVERY package coming from every house in Russia. And read about the codecs. The packages are so small you can't see a thing. I can tell you what they will do. They will scan companies and other things relevant for intelligence. And you don't think there will be people sitting there. They have some algorithms doing that for them. VTHV is for sure not in the filter there
