My oldest brother doesn't and never has carried home owners insurance and has saved thousands and thousands of dollars over the years because of it. if he needs something done to his house or houses he has owned in the past, everything has come out of pocket and he has still saved a boat load of money!!     Everything about RLC is funny, hilarious in fact! None of these tenants work other than having something that they may do on the side like making dolls or paintings etc. etc..
