well this is the answer i got form support: thank you for your email.this is absolutely acceptable behavior. Our head manager will have a serious conversation with her about it. And we will put a blocker on the camera to make sure she won't turn it off again . personaly until i see this actual casting in sofia,i will not renew it's clear now whith what nastya doing,i don't want see his face again here

hard to take screenshot because she's not on the camera when she do that,she do that under the camera for disconnect the power block we can't see her doing that,let see if it's happen again to the next shower,keep me informed i have not access

but if she disconnect this camera,the video will be not saved or working in the archive,this is the problem,if it's happen again we have to complain to support every days about that shit and maybe vv will react

next time nastya gonna take shower,try to see just before if she go in the corner where there is the toilett bathroom and if the camera stop at this moment, if yes it's simple she have just disconnected the power block of this camera
