    Yeah, I think that's kind of gross. She doesn't deserve to be treated like shit by a guy because of her behavior on RLC. I think she's a bad tenant, but I don't have anything against her as a person. Personally I was hoping she was going to fall deeply in love with this latest guy and move in with him. But considering I heard her yelling at him few days ago for trying to fuck her in a public bathroom in a park and then telling her he was going to give one of her friends 2000 euros to spend the night with him, I wasn't really expecting it.

    I personally don't care if Bogdan cheats on Nelly, assuming she doesn't know about it. As you say, she's slept with Martina, made out heavily with that random dude at a party and who knows what else off-camera. Doing it behind her back makes me respect him less, but whatever. However, Bogdan intentionally sabotaging the cameras (as replay makes it quite clear he did) is way over the line for me. And following that up by taking taking Aziza up to the off-camera garage just compounds it.

    Yep, she popped into B7 to do a quick camshow and grab more clothes, but it seems she's fully on-board the unstoppable B1 going out train now. I think this will be her 3rd or 4th night in a row hitting the town with them.

    Sera kicked them out because she and Zhanna need the bathroom clear so that they can start preparing to be gone again all night.

    Most action that Zhanna's bed has seen in weeks. Not really the action I'd like to see though. It's also a sign that Alsu & Zhanna have no plans to be back anytime soon, which isn't surprising but is pretty ridiculous. Alsu just got back from a week of being gone and Zhanna only arrived back at 5 PM from her last escapade. I guess the only way to have anything resembling a party in B1 is for the two incessant party girls who live there to go elsewhere and to import tenants from other apartments. Lame as hell. But at least it shows that having drinks and fun in this apartment hasn't been banned by RLC and won't instantly result in the police being called. The place just needs new tenants.

    Same dumb tease shows every time. Two girls sitting in a bath doing nothing. Two girls lying motionless on a bed staring at their phones. Even by the standards of bad RLC tease shows, these suck. Shame that Kimberley seems to have turned into a Sera show prop. She can actually be entertaining when she's partying with the other B4 & B7 residents.

    Sticking to acronyms is a wise choice since basic spelling seems to elude you. Beyond that, you can take your weird holier-than-thou act and shove it. I've had the misfortune of seeing your posts in other threads. They read like they were written by an inbred 6-year-old. But more relevant to this conversation, you complain about all sorts of things. You say that girls are useless and should leave. For example, here's a recent post of yours about Britney (who, while far from one of my favorite tenants, has still done more in a month or two than Sera has done in multiple lengthy stays on RLC): I've never insulted Sera's appearance or posted anything with that level of 'distain' (it's disdain by the way) about her. I've only criticized her behavior as a tenant. So I don't believe a word of your inept preaching in this thread. But putting you on my ignore list does seem like a good idea. I don't think I've ever seen you post anything remotely insightful or worthwhile, and I don't like hypocrites. Adios.

    Take your own advice and stop reading our comments if they bother you so much. There's even a handy ignore button. I pay for both RLC and this site, I'll post my opinion wherever I want to. I've enjoyed B1 in the past, including the two tenants who were in Sera's room before her. I hope to enjoy whatever tenants replace Sera & Zhanna. And I hope that happens soon. Hell, I'd be happy to enjoy Sera or Zhanna as tenants if they actually start living in the apartment and doing stuff there. If the other GOV apartments get as bad as this one, I'll unsubscribe and stop posting, but until then, deal with it.

    Zhanna is really gone 5 nights/days a week from this place. Just shows up briefly to shave her pussy, put on new makeup and grab new clothes. And for the 2 nights she spends in the apartment she just snores on the couch with the television on. Terrible start from a tenant. And since Sera's her mentor, I have no real hope that it will get better. Now that RLC has finally filled the empty rooms, I hope they replace her quickly.

    Very nice. Glad we could see it this time. This B4 cast isn't the most exciting yet, but none of the girls are complete duds which is pretty rare. And some, like Aziza, have a lot of potential.

    Given that a large percentage of your posts are complaining about the male tenants in B7, I'm not sure you're not really in any position to tell someone else to stop criticizing RLC's decisions or RLC's tenants. Beyond that, putting a bunch of exclamation marks after something doesn't magically make it true. A high number of recent tenants either lived in Barcelona before joining or stayed in Barcelona after they left RLC. Additionally other apartments have had more recent issues with noise and complaints and police visits, B5 for example. And if Sera's so concerned with keeping her local social circle separate from RLC, why does she keep recruiting girls from it to be rlc tenants? And how does fear about her 'reputation' or worry about noise complaints explain her skipping parties in other RLC apartments or doing her exact same B1 routine on the rare occasions she does visit other places? And more importantly, who cares what the reasons are for her being a boring tenant who makes her apartment and others worse? The end result is what matters. I'm not saying she's an awful person, I'm saying she's a bad RLC tenant by my standards.

    Every single reason you've given would apply to many other previous tenants who somehow still managed to have parties, bring guests home, etc. Almost every GOV apartment has had multiple noise complaints. Plenty of previous B1 casts have been quite social. Lots of very active GOV tenants have been Barcelona residents. The answer is really just Sera doesn't do these things on camera because Sera doesn't want to do these things camera. Which is fair enough, but makes her a below average tenant in my view. What makes it worse is that Sera also tends to impose her view of things on her roommates, and she also actively recruits girls from other apartments to join her on her overnight outings. So to me she is a boring tenant who also tends to make her apartment boring and make other apartments worse. And I have no problem with tenants going out and partying a lot. It only bothers me when they do that and never bring any of it back to the apartment. And Sera is the extreme example of that. She goes out partying all night long multiple nights every week. And she never does it in the apartment.

    She'll have to be a miracle worker to save this place. And Sera won't make it easy for her. But nothing wrong with hope. Nice to see that Zhanna deigned to show up for a night. She was probably just worried that RLC would forget she was a tenant and move the new girl into her room.
