She definitely wasn't packed for a vacation, but maybe she's staying somewhere close in a hotel or something.

    And RLC has multiple apartments in Montenegro. So no reason her apartment there couldn't have been an RLC apartment just as easily.

    I mean, if he's sleeping out on the balcony with the camera covered, that's bizarre enough that I find it kind of interesting. Not interesting in a fun to watch way of course, but the bar is low for this apartment.

    I don't think he's the official bf/fiance/whatever. She speaks English to the bf and it sounded like she was speaking Russian with this guy.

    They've been sending out lots of promotional emails to old subscribers and advertising short subscription deals whenever they add a new tenant or apartment. I imagine that probably generates site visits. I doubt it's generating many long term subscribers though, given the absolute shit state of many apartments. They advertised Angie joining pretty heavily, and she's been on vacation from her apartment about 50% of the time since she joined and does fuck all when she's there.

    I'd guess it was almost certainly hers. It leaves them with basically 1.5 girls in B4. And Ashley's going to leave B7 fairly soon. They can't fill one empty bed, seems unlikely they'd be voluntarily creating more. Lialia seems to have gone to live in a different country, given them no return date and basically told them to go fuck themselves, and yet they still leave her name on the apartment and her stuff in her room.

    So she's just going to disappear for multiple days every week? 🤣 Hard to see the point of this apartment so far. No sign of a social life on camera other than occasionally visiting the other RLC apartment in the building. She just sits on the couch or goes out during the day, goes to bed at 9 PM, and occasionally she masturbates. Not too surprising, she was always the least social girl in R2. But given that, she seems like a poor choice for a single's apartment. I guess we'll see if it gets better, but a resounding 'meh' for me so far.

    Tani's room has been empty for 2 weeks. LiaLia has been absent for more than a week and they haven't even put up a vacation sign. RLC's Barcelona management team continues to be a complete joke.

    Assuming you're not joking, the friend is the flight attendant, not Rachel. When Rachel's not in B4 it sounds like she's styling people's hair and staying with her bf. They made plans to meet on Monday.

    According to the phone call she's having in English right now with her bf, it was just a friend who was briefly visiting. She hadn't seen in her in a few years. The friend left today. It sounds like she's a flight attendant.

    Most GOV girls have been Ukrainian, so I don't think that explains it.

    Yeah, I think there are at least 10-15 ex-GOV girls living in Barcelona. And plenty of others that visit Spain regularly. Not to mention new girls. There's absolutely no reason rooms should be left empty for as long as they are and mediocre tenants should be staying for as long as they are. I can't really think of any good reason for it other than dysfunctional management.

    Looks like Lialia reappeared briefly after yet another 24hr+ absence just to get new clothes and reapply her makeup. Other than Aya this cast is a total disaster. Edit: also to pack a bag. 🤣

    This entire party is taking place off-camera. We've reached the completely ridiculous stage with B7. I would assume everyone had left, but people wander out of the off-camera hangout areas for a couple minutes every few hours, so it seems they're still there.

    I personally prefer Aya's bates, the weird strip shows Zara did were off-putting. Aya's easily the best tenant in B4 right now for me, not that there's much competition. Tonight seems like a fairly representative night: 2 girls home asleep, 4 empty beds. It's basically Aya, a bunch of part-time cast members, and an empty room. Hard to have any kind of fun social life or good vibes when that's the case.

    Looks like Oks is preparing to disappear again. It's been two days since she got back from her last trip.

    More than 2 weeks since Aziza moved out. Longer than that since she tried to leave for the first time, and presumably even longer than that since she told RLC she was leaving. Still no sign of a replacement tenant. Pretty ridiculous.

    Aya & Oks left a little before 3 AM with their bags. So 4 of the 5 B4 girls are apparently on vacation now. Aziza's room still hasn't been filled. Lia2 is barely there. What a disaster RLC's management is. Just an utter joke. Can't find tenants. Let's absentees like Tani stay indefinitely and demonstrate for the new girls exactly how much they can get away with. Frequently empty apartments are the inevitable result of that crap. Not to worry, Nelly & Bogdan will fix it. Well, they'll get right on it as soon as they get back from vacation.
