The guest in the yellow dress borrowed from Maria could facially nearly be an older sister of Maria's. She wears a plain gold band on her 4th finger but it has already been explained by others that Russians do not wear wedding rings in either quite the same way, or in quite the same manner, as other Western Europeans, (which many of us watchers are) or those of W European culture e.g. the USA and Canada etc, do. She is facially similarly shaped, similar hair colour and not wholly dissimilar physically. Just a thought.
