maybe RLC will invest soon in ukraine or Belarus with new apartments and maybe some old tenants from ukraine those are the countries very similar to russia -
the only place suitable for partying and do whatever the fuck you want is B4 cause is located outside of the city center and you have the villa for yourself so why having a party in B1 B2 OR B3 is RLC looking to close the whole project by doing such stupid things repeatedly

yes agreed many things changed in a negative way as you said parties are over in this apartment the positive energy is gone just a very lazy girls doing absolutely nothing but leaving home for a very long time or sleep or shower from time to time and will all that RLC stuff has give to each girl an unlimited time for vacation angie just this month she took 3 vacations or even more
