So Max isn't only inept, he's also a dirtbag. Even though he's got his own bed and a girl he's been sharing that bed with for a week, he crawls into bed beside Amy while she's asleep and tries to get something started with her. Thankfully she rejected him but he stayed in the bed and slept.
