    I would say it's the people that run the apartment building. That being said, RLC could always find a new apartment that doesn't have that issue.

    The problem is when the truth comes out, RLC does nothing to fix the problem. If I get a job by lying on the application and then can't do the job after I'm hired, chances are I'm not going to keep the job. But with RLC, they still keep their job.

    You would think one of the questions RLC would ask would be. "Do you have a partner that will interfere with your performance" . Unfortunately, it has been proven time and time again that is not the case.
