I'm afraid that the Russian army will now become more ruthless in their war effort in Ukraine with little regard for the welfare of civilians. If so, Putin and his generals need to be put on trial as war criminals.

The Russian military is having problems in Ukraine because they are use to fighting unarmed women and children when they invade nations. They are not use to fighting people who actually fight back.

Not new for me. That's how I've felt about George Bush and the corrupt ruling class in the U.S. for a long time.

Too bad Ukraine has no air power. The over three mile long Russian convoy of tanks, personnel carriers, trucks and other supplies moving toward Kyiv would be sitting ducks for an air attack. The land is flat and open, so there would be no place for the Russian convoy to hide.

Putin believes "Might Makes Right". Abraham Lincoln believed that "Right Makes Might". Hopefully in Ukraine Lincoln was correct and Putin was wrong.

Now the leaders of European nations are saying they need to increase their defense budgets. I seem to remember a recent American president telling those leaders that same thing. Maybe they should have listened to him.

The Russians' invasion of Ukraine is like a dog chasing a car. Once the dog catches the car what is he going to do with it? How do you do a long term occupation of a country when almost everyone in the country hates you?

Michelle Obama has accomplished nothing meaningful in her life. As U.S. president she would be a joke. Just more shallow identity politics. Appearances with no substance. Her policies would be the exact same policies of Joe Biden since it is Barack Obama's people who are already running the White House. What some people do not understand is that Americans dislike Biden because of his policies not just because he is senile. If Biden's policies were popular with the American people they would tolerate his senility.

I believe most of the Russian soldiers are draftees and probably don't even want to be in the military and have seen no or very little combat. I wonder how they will react under fire fighting in a war that they don't even want to be part of?

Not true. In his talks with Trump Putin brought up the subject of Ukraine being reunited with Russia and Trump warned him to not even consider the idea.

Kim didn't invade anywhere though did he? And Kim stopped firing off rockets after Trump threatened him, until Biden became president . You are filled with so much hatred of Trump that you are blinded to reality. Rather than being so concerned about Trump you had better become more concerned about the dictator running your country. The fact that Putin has made a veiled threat that he would use nuclear weapons means that he needs to be assassinated and replaced with a sane Russian leader.
