    Astra being out nearly every day , let’s say that she has people interacting daily . In the end , what we see ? A girl that the complains are gigantic because she’s not “ visible “ on cameras ( Ulyana ) , a girl that nobody really knows why there aren’t many good words for her ( Rachel ) and a girl that she hardly ever socializes ( Harley , I think the most times outside of the apartment has been only in B2 also in the past and at Zabava’s - and Esmi’s - place ) . I complain then in a positive way , Astra was seen in B1 and that’s it once and the rest has been her in the apartment , I would expect to “ fight “ her loneliness while in B2 , we haven’t see her in Ulyana’s and Harley’s place but I think she has appeared at Rachel’s , it might be that Rachel has suggested her . All fine , hope for more .

    So , the apartment is carried by Harley because she’s in the apartment and masturbates and Ulyana is away living her life . When ALL guests that we occasionally see are Ulyana’s , the any socializing when people visit it is up to Ulyana’s mood .. Don’t get me wrong , you know that I will NEVER complain for this apartment , these two girls are RLC material and a very big big big investment for them , this is why they are the ONLY constant repeaters in Barcelona since 2020 that we got Harley for the first time and Ulyana since October 2018 . I just want to say that Harley is in a great emotional and personal rollercoaster since her previous stay , in this one she has lost many kilos , she’s spending much time in the apartment watching series and movies , her only actual guest I think has been Lacrim in this apartment for one time only . Whoever remembers the previous stays of Harley , can understand better what I say . As for Ulyana , I think if it wasn’t for her , I don’t think Harley will be a lot socializing , but that’s my opinion. In any way , again , with anything that happens in Barcelona , these two girls , with their minus and plus , they are ok as roommates . But with such an apartment ) guest room , bathrooms , I think - and from what the girls have offered all these years - we could see much much more .

    Strange the “ dislike “ that Rachel gathers , she’s just one more person and ex RCL tenant , current XLife and for sure much better than when she was under RLC “ surveillance “ . We have seen many many worse tenants and have gathered not even 1/10 of the negativity that Rachel has .

    I don’t know , it looked quite big and she put a plaster the previous days ( during the weekend ) . When I first saw her , I thought she was hit by someone or something , I went and checked fast some replays , that’s why I assumed it was a skin infection . Anyway , thanks also for taking notice 😊

    As we know , in the past , they had long queues of people waiting for a phonecall to enter an apartment and make some really really good money . It is a pity that nowadays they can neither find reliable tenants nor ( even more ) to find tenants in general .

    Kaya does what she does in a way it is part of real life , even things with Jen . The parties will happen , for sure some surprises are awaiting , former people to be seen , tenants from other apartment , possible future tenants . But the lack of information is what killing the last year or so their credibility . It has never been in this extend zero information when tenants go , there’s zero information when they are back , tenants going for 2-3 days and then returning like it is a normal thing when - i can assure you a tenants have been asking for official holidays and RLC telling them they can be away for 5 to maximum 7 days . In any case , RLC is the employer here , losing credibility to already subscribed customers is way much worse than having empty rooms . Filled beds and apartments will obviously bring potential new customers but they need to think how to protect the ones who are still supporting the project . And many times , it feels that they don’t care .

    It is funny to think how people were finding the idea that the master bedroom was occupied by a girl and her sex partner and was a “ private “ place when we see so much variety since penthouse has been “ opened to everyone “ . Well done to Neytiri and Nani giving the freedom to the others to do things there , respecting of course the room and the facilities offered .

    I honestly feel that the XLife platform has caused them to dedicate ( in my opinion ) useless time there to something that clearly RLC subscribers aren’t so much invested to it and I don’t know what “ target market “ they have in their mind and the subscriptions / traffic they expect/ed there so as to have this “ alternative “ project running . They have a really good product and every now and then , they should just focus to make it better and improve it . They manage to survive through difficult times ( a war still going on ) , they found a solution for the Russian people by expanding in Montenegro which is for sure a big investment , they have a new villa that could elevate the “ viewership “ , new apartments in Barcelona , it only needed to manage to keep tenants happy and remain a trustworthy company for their employees and ultimately the subscribers . Here we are , 22nd of December , 2 empty apartments when for sure would be reasonable for the tenants being on holidays but here we speak for a major bed empty ( master bedroom of B2 ) an two other empty rooms . What more can we say ..

    It can’t simply continue that Vivi and Jen live under the name roof . But RLC has “ satisfied “ or complied to all wishes recently , Tanya asking to go , B2 , terrible , she left . Vira , so alive and FOR SURE wanted to live the experience , she lasted just 2 weeks or so . Jen has tried to show “ indirectly “ in my opinion what she can do , two days that she invited people over , Dominga and Veronica , the party yesterday even respecting the rules of not being noisy , party ended at excellent time and by the time Vivi reappeared , nothing could show that there was long hours party before . I really don’t know what they should do ( RLC ) , better say I know what I do if it was a decision I had to take , it isn’t a popular one by there’s a crossroads here , keeping a tenant that seems to has caused issues but is by far very very popular and when she wants , she can do things or look the overall picture and either change her apartment and give her one last chance or end her contract which will result for tenants to join in the apartment ? They for sure need to do something .

    The ULTIMATE RLC joke continues for B1 and B2 , two apartments left in their own “ misery “ by RLC , 2 apartments that can host 6 girls / tenants ( even more .. ) , they are left empty an with no signs for RLC improving things . 2 girls who don’t speak to eachother , girls appearing in the list having abandoned the project , girls either on holidays or appearing to justify whatever contract they have or just withdraw their payroll . Two apartments that we have seen girls like Irma , Gina , Stella , apartments that there were periods that would be so popular that the villa was just a “ kindergarten “ place . It is really a pity how RLC has abandoned these two apartments, RLC “ imprisoned “ and trapped in their choice and decision of not interfering on things that are way more important than a stupid female catfight resulting to be terminated two highlights and girls that cared WAAAAAAAAAAY much more than Jen and Astra ( who let’s say are the replacements of Eris and Lilith ) . Please RLC , CONTINUE sleeping ..

    RLC business has been of Russian interests and ownership. , it is much easier I guess to hire people from this country . With the years , Ukrainians and Belarusian , Armenian and generally people from these countries could be hired , it all makes it easier I guess for the people working for the site for all paper work and such things . This is a project that gives really good money for the girls residing in Barcelona , we don’t know the other countries , but let’s say , I don’t think we are going to ever see Scandinavians , Germans , Austrians , French , simply because the people living in these countries , financial income for them is excellent in comparison to the money that the girls who are hired from RLC make . Latin America , low incomes ( Chile , Venezuela ) . The only “ exception “ of the rule has been the Spanish residents , Spain financially is fine , but then , apart from Martina and Alberto , I can’t remember other pure real Spanish people for many years . We are left then with Asian people who could be very easily get hired , a monthly payment with RLC could be like a whole year’s salary in countries like Thailand , Vietnam , Cambodia and all of southeastern Asia let’s say. This apply also for North African girls where life there isn’t the best financially . We could then have as you say , Asian or black skin , but I think this would make it very difficult with paper work , visas , permission to stay an all these details that most probably are even more than what we think. We should also think that some of the nicest women worldwide are for sure the Eastern European girls , so , in a way , when you have nearly the whole package and it helps you , I don’t think there is a need for them to get other nationalities / races . In the end , this isn’t any “ common daily “ job the way we know life 😉 . Diversity is always for the best for the people viewing but I think for RLC people would cause them problems and troubles .

    Dominga is a really fun girl and a tenant that embraced , slowly to be honest but she did , the project . Being an open minded and great bisexual girl , it helps for sure the way the villas run . The comment was made for 2 reasons , reason 1 , the big problem of B1 that Vivi and Jen have ZERO communication and relation , it automatically burns any plans for a new tenant to arrive there with the things she will have to face with those 2 . Dominga looks a friend of Jen but because she’s already for this long time with RLC , she could bring peace between the two in the end and have the B1 be functional again . Reason 2 , Dominga is now alone as per culture routines and habits and language barriers ( no matter that she manages pretty well to socialize ) . I believe that it is better to have at least one person that you can speak the language with ease so as to let go any thoughts troubling the mind rather than trying to explain and maybe not achieving the result wanted . I obviously have no problem that they do whatever they want , all girls welcome as you say . The place though was “ working “ all these years with Russians and Ukrainians and this now Latinas invasion was a new thing that perhaps it didn’t work ( although it didn’t seem that the girls had a problem) . I just believe it isn’t or won’t be so easy many times for Dominga being surrounded by girls that she can’t speak their language , it can be very very frustrating not understanding , the girls won’t do it on purpose but for example at the kitchen , it is normal to just start with Ukrainian and not stop when most of them are there , they will obviously would like to include Dominga with English but it just happens naturally to continue with the mother language . Anyway , we will see how it goes , Dominga is appreciated from the rest of the girls , I just think that the above two reasons mentioned could make it a better experience ( of course having Dominga become a pacifist isn’t ideal and fair for her perhaps to sort the shit of Jen and Vivi ) .

    Vivi off for her Christmas holidays as it seems . Time for the apartment to be again an exclusivity for Jen , it remains to be seen if she will choose to spend Christmas in her “ real “ home or the “ RLC “ home now that it will be available 😁 .

    Still , here people present it as it is ok and not watching the bigger picture , there’s no future if these two girls won’t solve the differences. It even looks to me that Vira has left RLC without notifying and that’s why they don’t update the apartment . There has been issues in the past in other apartments but I don’t think at this disasterous level .
