    It is proved today also that the “ no sex “ with that guy for both Kaya and Neytiri WERE other reasons and not the condoms .     All current girls are Ukrainians and if i remember correctly , till March / April 2026 , European Union countries will be providing many benefits , then lots of things will end for them also . Most of the girls are many years there so , it is also ok with legal residency papers . I wouldn’t like her to go but I would like that RLC sends her a notice , either she “ embraces “ this apartment as her “ working place “ and START LIVING there , otherwise , if she wants her off cameras life , pack things and off to the next one even if the apartment is empty till Easter . The behavior of these girls is making more bad things to RLC than good , such behavior is “ opening doors “ to future tenants to act act and behave the same , they will always be the “ Jen stay and example “ , if Jen could have a double life and get paid just appearing to to watch tv , take a shower and sleep , why a future tenant won’t copy / paste the same attitude ? But when RLC can NOT find girls , it is pointless to analyze it more .

    It was said after the 3rd - 4th day in the villa that she’s ONE MORE girl hired that has her own apartment . What actually fascinates me is the fact that they prefer to keep the apartments they have in real life and continue paying the rent ( I highly doubt it is apartments they have been bought ) rather than renting to for as long their contract will last , for example 6 months , they could have a student to live or whatever . But to keep on paying part of your RLC salary to continue having an apartment , it is too strange for me . As was said , this problem began when the war started . The hiring of locals , personally I was very much supporting it . I thought we could see the circle of friends they have already visiting them , new faces , social life and gatherings , parties and fun . I was so so so wrong . It has never felt “ real life , real home , real job “ the living in the RLC apartment ls for any local , speaking mostly the ones that have apartments in Barcelona , the ones who came from other Spanish cities , they were much better , but they have been very few . I can now understand and easily say , admitting my mistake , how great it was when they were bringing the Russians / Ukrainians , most of them were “ virgins “ in Barcelona , they HAD TO adjust and adapt , make new friends to discover the city , the people, the culture . And alongside those “ discoveries “ , it would come the fun and the “ adventures “ , we got to know local guys who some of them “ found out “ about the project and became even tenants ( Bruno for example aka Curly ) , thy found out RLC by girls who came to work for RLC from either Russia or Ukraine , also Moldova and Belarus . In any case , it is more than clear that the war has affected much the project , they had the idea to possibly go against one of their “ NOT TO DO RULES “ , that is to hire Spanish speaking people but the difference of culture hasn’t worked either , that’s why they isolated the two different cultures , except Dominga who is FANTASTIC and managed to make it , maybe because she has the support of her female lover , it is questionable what happens when she goes and i don’t think RLC will send her in B1 to be with Jen and Vivi. RLC NEEDS to show that they are THE BOSS , that there can’t be stupid immature childish behaviors , put some sense in the mind of the tenants , otherwise , do as recently ( a year and a half ago ) by sending notifications that if they continue NOT RESPECTING the contracts they have signed , they will be fired .But when the NUMBER 1 problem is CLEARLY not being able to find people to inhabit your apartments , there’s not much to talk rather than say that RLC is in a one of dead end , the attention also to support and keep open a site like XLife and especially with apartments who also work in completely different time zones , meaning that they need people to at least monitor 24/7 for any major incidents so as to cut the feed, well , RLC has also made mistakes to have this current situation in their Number 1 city investment , Barcelona .

    Together with B1 and B2 , this apartment is also dead . Gelia could be a good tenant , but the other two have dragged her in a complete unsocial life . It is incredible that RLC ruined an apartment that was the “ gathering spot “ for most of the tenants living in any Barcelona apartment and wanted to have a party or meet since the other apartments have noise hours limits . Ada and Lunette are kind of permanent residents now in Spain and both are isolated . Gelia could be fun and I think RLC brought her in this apartment since it wasn’t possible to find a couple or anyone let’s say as we saw the catastrophic coexistence with Louisa and Enrique ( they didn’t even exchange a word ) . Let’s see now that Gelia will be alone how she’s gonna be in the apartment . In case we see guests , I think it would be safe to say that Gelia isn’t bringing people because of the lesbian couple . Still , massive massive massive disappointment and I think it is an apartment that gathers really low viewership. Kali appeared in the villa and she EXPLODED with her guy in the living room, in the bathroom and in the fitness room and RLC send her away to have Lunette and Ada , what more can we say ? ( of course it might be that Kali asked to go because of her dog ) . In general , it might be the worst period for B5 since it came online and not a coincidence that it suffers the same ignorance from RLC management like B1 and B2 . Let’s hope that after FINALLY managing in a way to “ fix “ B4 villa ( in terms of filling the beds and have in the majority active real life girls - Neytiri , Nani , Dominga and eye candy Dana together with content providing Zara - ) , 2026 RLC will focus to “ fix “ the downtown apartments .

    Most probably it is as you say but with “ veterans “ being in Montenegro ( Dasha / Sasha / Adeline / Markus ) , I think recruitment for the empty apartments won’t be so difficult . I think Angie won’t be coming back anytime soon so as RLC could keep the apartment close till her return and I think they lose money having the apartments without having tenants . Let’s see how it goes .

    Elli NEEDS someone next to her ALL the time , she can not be alone , she can’t handle loneliness , it is now more than certain to reach this conclusion . I think Elli is RLC’s current BIGGEST investment apart from the Barcelona concept and will do ANYTHING to have her happy and give her what she wishes .

    Let’s see if the second visit of this couple this week it is their “ auditioning “ for one of the two empty Montenegro apartments . It is more than clear that since Angie’s departure , despite the on going “ on fire “ performances of Adeline and Markus , Montenegro is now declining with 50% less apartments than recently but Angie = ratings , will need an effort to inhabit the apartments with quality again .

    I am very confident to say that this might be the best party ( at least how it has been organized by Kaya and Co. ) that has happened in the villa , certainly before Covid times . It is so many people invited , new faces , completely normal attitudes and the masks add to the whole wonderful experience . My respect and kudos with lots and lots of 👏👏👏👏 on managing in such a short stay to FINALLY make an example of how the RLC villa concept should be working , parties , new people , lovely atmosphere amongst young and beautiful people . This is the life it should be in the villa and many thanks to Kaya on organizing this , a tenant that shows how having a life in Barcelona can be beneficial for the “ job life “ on cameras , well done .

    If tenants behave and act, get happy or sad , in tears and smiles because of what it is written here by people who DO NOT know the language and they just use translation tools to make in the end a conclusion of what was said , then the tenants have lost the RLC purpose . It is one thing to read what it is written here and another to believe or take credit when things ARE NOT EXPLAINED how they are DIRECTLY and FACE TO FACE from the people involved. Prediction is easy , Neytiri comes , long chat with Kaya and a great evening to be . This is my thought on that and let’s see .
