If my memory serves me right (but it's pretty shit these days 🥴) on one of Martina's early visits to B4...it might have actually been her 1st, she was kissing Megan in the bath...but ended up with Nelly. I don't think Megan and Martina would go beyond what we've already seen because, imo, Megan's not into girls, and only puts on a show when bonus money's up for grabs.
