  2. Hi everyone, We received a big amount of feedback on cameras, their qty and positions. We will be adding +1 camera tomorrow and additional cameras will be added one by one in very recent future. VHTV
  3. Stanley, thank you for your feedback. Much appreciated. We will see if second camera to be placed in the bathroom. Good news for you, this manager was granted to launch second House, and have already proceeded to do so. So, new House under this management may appear this month. Additional good news - we're getting more cameras for new Houses this month too, so, despite of recent temporary reduction of Houses count, we're still ahead of our plans and will introduce new locations this month too.
  4. No, we don't cancel our relations with Alex & Lina as they are great and took all the responsibility for this situation because they hired the local management to maintain the Houses while they are out of town to arrange other things. I will quote myself: Anyway, we will be glad to see you back whenever you'd like to join :) You understand everything correctly. We are aware of the situation in full, so do Alex & Lina. They have arranged all the places for participants to live at the moment while they preparing new locations for them. They continue receiving their payouts even after the Houses shut down. We will continue doing so until they move to a new place to live. That's how our contracts and payout work. Even if they run out of terms of the contract, we will continue providing financial aid as they believe in us and want to continue working with us. Well, we love them too, and they did. It's not their fault their managers (all of them) fucked this up. Yes. If only we knew earlier how deeply the local managers were tied in this House structure, we would try to prevent it much earlier. But, well, we all will learn on this mistakes. Guys, we really do listen to you. VHTV grows very, extremely fast. As much as we listen to you, we try to weight the feedback and analyze it deeper. We can't allow ourselves to make decisions as fast as we get feedback. Yes. Hopefully it will launch tomorrow and it isn't related to compound Houses. The broken link is the "sub-managers", who failed and took negative position towards our offer to work as civil as possible. Of course we, at VHTV, blame Alex&Lina as they are responsible for this happened, and guys understand that and are working really hard to resolve the situation now. No, it won't affect Zoi & Tim apartment. Starting from this situation happened we will monitor closely managers activities and will definitely check if participants are getting the share we intend them to receive.
  5. The situation with Silvia & Josh and the way it went out of control was definitely related to local management. Agreed. You understand correctly. The problem we mentioned that local managers failed to pay the amount participants deserved. Plus it came true that conditions of living under local management was unacceptable for us to continue. Last drop was the intention of local management to continue doing as they want to. We do believe we did right to shut down these Houses for now and cancel our relations with these people.
  6. The latest price increase to $39.95 per 30 Days of Premium happened in May this year. At that time we had around 8-11 Houses online. Right now there are 10 Houses online. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
  7. Our subscribers pay for service, the content we stream, plus support. What do you mean here?
  8. We take care most about those who are being watched. We care as much about viewers, but in a lot different way, you know. Customer satisfaction is our goal, as well as satisfaction of our participants.
  9. Please read this post to learn about temporary shutdown of Rose, Katie & Phil, Lena & Peter House. Mods, please lock the thread to prevent new messages until we get this House LIVE back again.
  10. Please read this post to learn about temporary shutdown of Outside Pool. Mods, please lock the thread to prevent new messages here until we get apartments mentioned back LIVE again.
  11. Please read this post to learn about temporary shutdown of Layla & Eric House. Mods, please lock the thread to prevent new messages until we get this House LIVE back again.
  12. Hi Everyone, We have an update on what happened today at these apartments. Rose, Katie & Phil, Lena & Peter (Discussion thread) Outdoor Pool (Discussion thread) Layla & Eric (Discussion thread) As per previous discussions within mentioned threads and others, some people pointed out the lack of money participants get living in these Houses, including discussions about Silvia & Josh. We refuted these accusations in this post, but yet mentioned, that investigation may be run on this case to detect if these accusations come true. After some time, we found out that local managers, hired by Alex&Lina to maintain all the Houses and participant's supplies at the place, failed to pay out adequate amount of money to participants living over there. We at VHTV consider this unacceptable and made clear to the persons within local management, that this can't be done and they need to compensate the amount held to participants and never ever continue doing so. They didn't agree with us and expressed the will to continue doing as they want without complying with our rules. Based on this event we made decision to shut down these two Houses + Pool area until we make sure that our participants are safe and we got new location for them to move in. As for now, they generally can't stay at the old place as local managers forced to move them out. We are sorry for inconvenience it may bring to you, but we must provide security and stable conditions of living to the participants from these Houses before we turn them back on from new locations. Be aware, it may take from one to three weeks to re-establish these Houses at new places and, probably, with some changes within participants. VHTV thanks all the users who were concerned with this situation and pointed out the problem we haven't noticed on time. Special thanks to @groomy, @jabbath1987 and @Amy3 who were, and continue, being the most active on this and other cases. Please stay updated either via our Twitter, newsletters and blog entries (actual news are located in website header), and here, in this topic. Dear mods and admins, please lock the threads mentioned above until these apartments come back online at Voyeur-House.TV. Sincerely, VHTV
  13. Some of our participants don't have any management above them :) There are no limitations at VHTV
  14. Hi @mib82, that's because Jeka left to use some of hid old retarded cameras, which he installed on his own when his first apartment launched. As these cams work, but live on their own, we will just remove timestamp info from them so it wouldn't confuse anybody. Thank you for your comment and good find. The cam16 will be fixed ASAP.
  15. Dear @stanley, thank you for your hard work collecting this data. It has been forwarded to tech team and major part of this should have been fixed. There will be no timestamp displayed at these two cameras. There's technical issue with them on this part.
  16. Received. I'm aware that our techies don't confirm this. You will be replied accordingly if we won't be able to confirm the lagging on this cam.
  17. That's the host part who is warned and, if repeated, fined, in case their guests do not comply with the rules. I guess guests who disrupt host's lifes wouldn't be welcome in the future. We do not interfere in participant's lives, and we wouldn't like to influence on their relations with friends. We just explain kindly why this is prohibited and it works after all :)
  18. We know, but it has been fixed now. Didn't our Twitter say about that? :) There was a delay with cams, but Grisha is setting up the wires on site. Hopefuly, new cams will be available to watch on the upcoming week.
  19. It's necessary. It's crucial to open tickets when you find something wrong. We are not here all the time, and CamCaps isn't the best channel to report anything to us quickly. So please, use Support page when possible. We made it really convenient for you to use. Even other websites copied it, so damn, talk to us please :)
  20. By the way. We made some magic things, and now lags at this new House should have gone. Please check and if you find something wrong, report to Support immidiately. Don't wait for other users to report it for you - we appreciate every input.
  21. You are absolutely right, that's why we don't allow moving or covering the cams.
  22. They are not allowed to, but sometimes they just forget about it on start, or just can't see that their guests cover them. For example, guest girl taking a bath alone - nobody but you and us can see that she may have covered the cam. How is it related to whom pays for equipment? :)
  23. Wikipedia won this. We aren't like financial pyramid, but we are aimed to provide all the resources for participants to become managers, and managers to be able to find more participants and be motivated in long-term relations with VHTV.
  24. You know you can't stop @Amy3 asking these questions? :D We're glad to answer any of them.
  25. Equipment and place to live, basically. So that may answer your question and prove you wrong. Usually it's managers who get less in the end than participants. That's why managers are motivated to launch more Houses :) Pyramid, for sure, but who said it's bad?
