We would be glad to helo you making sure about the actual age, but we can't just share such private information and documents here, publicly or however else if this that's not legal request filed to our company. We are aware this person does not look like this, and this is not a participant, but a guest of participants, who entered the apartment accepting the rules of the contract every participant holds. Now aprtment is back online, timeline functioning is restoring for this House too. The adult male reported is over 18 y.o. and will turn 22 soon, despite not looking like this indeed. VHTV

It is possible, but not planned. Our tests show that new Timeline is multiple times more efficient in terms of skipping to the preferable time, so there's no need for these buttons right now. They might be introduced to public Timeline this year.

You've been talking to tech dept and they are not happy with somebody capturing videos with third-party software. We know it's possible, it's like we built the system with this possibility enabled, yet we haven't given any priority to close this option to view VHTV. Now guys are working to fix this. That's what I thought about when they reported to me about your case. Actually i got to CC first to see if you discussed this issue with everybody and to make everyone sure that we need to find the reason of such behavior. Our logs say that, but we will rely on the information as soon as we collect everything to decide. I've told techies that you are Operator and that using Operator panel may be the reason for abnormal streams usage. We are yet to discover if it is the reason or not. One of theories is that you got virus to your PC, because you really have enormous abnormal streams download history for an hour or so. Be sure we'll resolve this issue, but your assistance will be crucial and much appreciated. Kinda so. We're working on creating the best support, but it will time and failures to do so. It is the only best idea to create tickets via Support because it's our top priority line and the best way we can handle information about any issues. Forums, social networks will try to do the same, but it will just take more time for the information from here to be delivered to responsible persons.

Hi, it really looks like the problem on your side. You should definitely file Support ticket so we could forward it as a task to tech guys and to request more information from you on this case.

Please specify which cams and when you experience lags at. As for now we have stable lagging apartment of Mira & Jeka. We have stated already that it caused by experimental cameras and new cameras are coming. Another issue is apartment of Lina & Alex & Nata & Egor, which has undergoing maintenance for now to resolve the problem with ISP. Thanks. We will take a look into this.

Like we're waiting for something hot to begin at VHTV and turn the switch off :) It was just an unhappy coincidence network went down at that apartment. It was just an ISP network shortage which was resolved quickly.

Well i think we'll notice sooner or later that the person named in apartment has never visited it for a long time.

We have had conversation on this topic, and nope, they don't use this apartment as a resting place, though it's rented fully by them. We don't know what they may do outside this apartment and we really don't care about that in particular. We will announce any changes within participants in this apartment as soon as they will be confirmed by apartment hosts and managers.

Sound is coming to these cams soon after Jeka finishes testing new solution. New cameras are not cancelled to come there too, they're just on their way.
