Good news, the Moments that were not playable before now restored and working fine. The queue of videos was approved and now you can watch new Moments at VHTV. Thank you all for your attention to this case. Please let us know if any of the moments are not playable for you, we're still monitoring the issue and it's fix.

Be sure we apologize for the reply you got. In VHTV we really do appreciate our customers and the community around us. And we definitely try to treat our paying customers. Our manager replied to you at the beginning, that we are aware of the issue and that we were fixing it at the moment. We did acknowledge, quoting our message: Fortunately, our team is very distributed and our developers do not have access to Support, that's why people who reply to your requests are not the people, that have the hardest time fixing the issues. The reply you got is not the direct reason of hard work done by the manager, who replied to you, but incompetence of the manager. I'm asking you not to overreact on what happened and be more understanding. We're doing everything to improve, and work very hard to achieve new levels of every aspect in our big project. Please confirm your request to be removed as moments operator via PM. We do appreciate your help and additional days will be added to your VHTV account for the work done. Our team will be glad to see your posts here at VHTV section of CamCaps whatever your decision will be. Basically it works with any modern mobile browser, tested with Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome, Puffin, Dolphin. Just let us know if it doesn't work for you anywhere. And let us know how could we improve for mobile experience.

okay okay, we're saying yes :) Another update for Operators - we will approve new videos tomorrow, after we deal with everything at all.

Update on not working moments. Unfortunately we lost some of them during the war with bugs. We have now fixed and applied the patch to resolve this issue so no moments get lost in the future. We're sorry to our community Operators. Things like these move products from Beta to final version quick :)

It works about hour or two from now. The data has been reset for Timeline, thus no activity will be shown for previous period of time, sorry. We found the reason of this happening and our devs are squashing the bugs right now so it won't happen in the future.

It does not relate to the number of videos posted, but this is tech issue our developers are fixing right now. Please hold on while they work it out, it's quite unstable while in Beta stage.

Group moments by action, not by videos. I see. We will introduce changes to Moments section to make it easier to navigate between cameras in the same room.

This will be implemented soon. For operators there's a feature coming to test very soon, that will be available to every user later - that will take Timeline to a new level of convenience. Check your PM :)

This is the first day of experiment, where every active member is able to create and share Archive Moments with everybody among VHTV subscribers to watch at voyeur-house.tv/moments and dear Golfer06 has started first and succeeded in it. We really do appreciate your help with filling Archive Moments directory with high-quality videos so everyone could enjoy them forever.

Good point on inactivity graph state. That's what we are working in the background to make it reflect real situation in every cam. Besides that, new graph will be smoother than this one. Everything that you proposed is already in development right now. By the way, you have unique access to newer version of timeline (check your PM for personal access). It's not a final look, but that's the new ground for future version, which will be available for everybody soon.

Could you be more specific?

We are totally over 2 weeks. In the later updates, we told that all cams need replacement, because of freezes and audio de-sync. It will take more time, new cameras are being tested for this apartment.

Hey everyone, Short update. We are working on new Timeline version. It will be available within next two weeks. We want to make it more stable, intuitive, and very handy. Our devs are working right now to fix all the issues with current version and add more features to the next version. Those who showed interest in participating as Archive Moments Operator have received private invitations to start creating the moments they find interesting for everybody to watch. This step moves us futher to the step when we get Archive Moments out of Beta, just as we plan to do with Timeline too. So much more to share with you, but keep updated, we will announce more things soon.
