Everything posted by Voyeur House TV

  1. This is done already in our development version of Timeline. These changes will become available for Beta testers, a.k.a. community operators withing two days from now. After we're done with changes, new Timeline with this feature will be rolled out to everyone.
  2. Everything may change regarding next week. We will make additional announcements. Will let you know on Alina & Eugene on Monday, 20th.
  3. Yes, we expect people to come this week, and after that it might be taken over by... well, it will smell with pretty much only pussy over there :)
  4. Hi, miscvoyeur. The thing is, we don't dwarf or throttle down free streams on purpose. If we stated so in the past, please provide a link to the post. I may have personally made a mistake stating otherwise, but that may happened by mistake. The reason I'm saying that, is that we do improve stream speeds and quality for premium users, while not focusing on improving it for free infrastructure. I agree with you, notifications are needed and we plan to implement them. The idiotic way it is done right now is truly idiotic, i agree with you. Unfortunately, we were limited in development resources before this month, but recently we have boosted our resources and sped up development. That's how we already have almost perfect timeline, yet it's available for a close group of users, who help us creating Archive Moments. It will become available for any user soon, right after we polish everything. Basically, the only thing that is not done by now is keeping it's zoom and position state while switching to other cameras of the same apartment. All other features are already implemented and are used on daily basis by the users mentioned on previous page: https://camcaps.net/forums/topic/8763-voyeur-housetv/?do=findComment&comment=1634968361 You know my feels, haha. Be sure I'm the one who really waits for our devs to free up from current, really more important tasks, to be able to implement these kind of notifications to free users :) Oh dear, if only we could update our site on any mention of new feature coming. Development process is way different from what users may expect on front end. Much work is done and the results stay invisible for everyone. All the things mentioned here, on Twitter or via Support are in development and are becoming available as soon as we consider them finished or ready to be rolled out. Not sure how long did you type this post, but we have already confirmed the problems for paid users yesterday and gave the update of the fix applied and the problem solved. This happens and the problems like these WILL happen in the future, no matter how much work is done to prevent them. We do everything to keep these issues the more rare as possible, close to never happening. Great job of our competitors, can't add anything here. We are here to learn from them and become better so we could become the example to be taken from. Thank you for your feedback, @miscvoyeur.
  5. Let me know the ID of the moment created. Let's continue via PM. Solved
  6. Sorry, missed that. This is in our to-do list. It may take some time to implement, but will be definitely done in recent future.
  7. It should have been solved by now. Please let me know if the issue still persists. Note, some of the archive and timeline recordings from yesterday will have lags, as you have seen them in real time. These records will not be improved and will keep the lags, unfortunately. The fix has been applied already to prevent these kind of issues.
  8. Answered in the message above. The switch is possible to appear in player, but our goal is to make it useless to end user and to decide on the quality on our backend to switch it automatically, depending on the bandwidth you have.
  9. True. The quality decreased slightly. This is done as temporary measure while we do develop something great to solve this once and for all for everyone. As @jabbath1987 said, this is done to satisfy the share of users, who have slow bandwidth connection at the moment. The share of these users is very large. What I'm saying, that soon there will be not only the switch to SD/HD, but something better for automatic quality change depending on the bandwidth you have. And it won't be that simple as two simultaneous streams, but it will be more adaptive and invisible to end user. Be sure that if you have good bandwidth, you will get the corresponding quality. I do agree with you. You can't kill two birds with one stone, and we have already stumbled upon this problem at VHTV. We have learned our lessons, thus continue fucking things up sometimes. Now we focus to finish things one by one to roll out better initial feature's versions. As said, you will see new Timeline soon, and we're doing our best to make it very usable and convenient for everyone. You don't see the end result yet. These changes have not been finished, just the first step of separating all of them has been done. Can't promise we will keep you within these two weeks, but be sure you are welcome to join back anytime in the future. Thank you for your feedback, @stanley
  10. We notify our users when issue is fixed. Due to how worldwide network works, it may happen that some changes apply to your specific case later, that to others. There are many reasons to that, starting from your PC setup, browser behavior and caching and in most cases, how your ISP handles DNS changes. We don't dispute your rights, we're answering to your message addressed to us. We are aware of these issues. That's why we keep these developments in Beta stage - to learn more about problems and to fix them, before providing any guarantee of work of them. The close group of some of our users have got an access to new Timeline, which has already leaped forward to cover all the problems with current version of Timeline and introduces some more crucial changes. Basically, it was re-done from the ground, again. Please be patient and expect final version to be released for everyone. I understand you as end user. You pay money - you expect service to work for you. Behind what you see at voyeur-house.tv is much more that just "sex on cam 24/7". It's a hard work of many people, crazy amount of computer resources, a lot of time spent by team members to develop, design, mount, maintain and etc. to start things running and keep them working. Once we increased the pricing. This is not done because we released not-working timeline, but because we connected more Houses, which add up to our unit economy and require more money to be turned out of service to be able to cover the costs and pay the half of our participants. We have already said that Timeline and Archive are very secondary things while they are in Beta. Be sure we will increase the price as soon as any of these features go out of Beta (actually, they will go out of beta simultaneously very soon with yet another House coming online with them). That's not how it works. Those who unsatisfied let us know about their feelings and reception very immediately, just like you do here, on CamCaps. But compared to whole mass of our subscribers, the share of those who write us or leave their reviews is very low. I'd say, it does not come closer to 0.5%, which makes us happy, of course. Very rare satisfied customer will let us know about how satisfied he or she is. Those who like the service let us know about this just continuing watching and using VHTV, and we don't mind it at all. Anyway, we feel you, we hear you. Be sure that even you will be satisfied. Maybe it will take some time to achieve your satisfaction, maybe not, or maybe you will leave VHTV and will never come back. No matter what your decision will be, our team will continue working to improve Voyeur House TV for current and future subscribers. Thank you for your message, @sat11.
  11. Is it okay now? It looks quite fine.
  12. You seriously should consider writing to Support first. Twitter next. And lastly to CamCaps. We do provide support here too, but it is very occasional, because of the difficulties of providing it here. If you encounter ANY problems with VHTV - go to Support first and let us know about your problem. Don't try to rant on inactivity on your case if you haven't notified anybody about it. Please elaborate and be more specific. We would be really glad to know which empty promises we made our money with. We do our best to deliver the high-end service to our users. It may take time, but we not only keep promises, but try to fulfill reasonable requests of our users. Have a good weekend.
  13. We had a shot problem with some of our servers for Paid users. It was solved quickly, sorry for inconvenience! Welcome back, @clivebb!
  14. Happy Birthday. Wish you to feel like 29 all the time!
  15. Seriously no idea. We're out of ideas too and don't ask Jeka about it - they do great.
  16. It's theirs, Amy, that is better if it was ours :) These people did not contact us with request to join, as far as I know.
  17. It just depends on participant themselves, that's why we wait for their decisions too, come sit here with us. Jk.
  18. Coming soon after we release all the features in development now.
  19. Guys just swapped one apartment to another. And the rest will do the same, with new apartments. Oooor there will be new people. Let's see.
  20. The others may join back later. Under development. Definately for two of these four, who need more space and freedom ;)
  21. It is possible. As said in newsletter and blog, they may join a bit later.
  22. Definately no to old apartment coming back. It had more problems, invisible for viewers.
