It looks like you've got some UI bug, because it really is active for Anna&Alex apartment, that's why it just takes you there. We will give you updates as soon as we have something ready to show. Working solely on archive videos right now.

I know what you are talking about. We may consider adding more cameras at this apartment, but not in recent future plans.

Funny to see how your most-hated apartment in the beginning, went straight to top in several days. Let's see how they will continue. Compaints is our fuel to work. But the trust is the most expensive resource we may have.

One clue - it will get online quicker than we expected. But we won't give any due dates on this particular apartment.

The camera blockage just did block a part of view, no other camera was blocked. We have forwarded the request so they close the closet door. One more camera to Mia & Kenny room? Probably. All of them seem to improve. What do you think? To the messages about video file size: already discussed, VHTV has the highest video bitrate among other websites. We may change it, but not planned. Sorry, we don't assist in screen recording and find screencast file size reason of not subscribing as ridiculous :)

Probably, but we see no priority there. Default free cam covers kitchen too, and it doesn't look like a place to spend much time there.

They don't waste their time today

Welcome Mika & Layne House! As usual, cameras are up to adjustments, we need several days to check them out in different lighting and action conditons. So be welcome to give a feedback on them via Support or here. These guys are great, @guitargst is great, and this apartment seems lovely. We are aware :( It was said here by some user that the our model considers, that everything is done by apartment managers, but it's not usually the true. We have lots and lots of stuff to be done of strategic matter, including development, that's why it takes time (hey fellow devs) to develop things. Be sure we have every issue appended to the to-do list. And your feedbacks are like highlights of major things to pay attention to.

Here comes the hammer

In adiditon to that, we have an update on the apartment we have canceled before. Their manager is now back and they claim to be ready. Be sure we will check it inside the team and will give it a test-drive for couple of days in Inside preview (not available for users) to see if it acts normally. We may push these cams online for everyone as soon as we're sure it's ready.

We are considering data to be collected from both sources - views and motion activity. We are already collecting motion data, but don't show motion activity for users yet. For now we plan to re-work activity timeline view data so it would be more accurate. We are aware, that it does not show correct info sometimes, and it depends solely on the algorythm developed for timeline. This particular part will be redone soon. Meanwhile, take a look at Premium cameras at new apartment, that will be ready today.

True. Guys have attached new mic there (now we can hear them bath again) and got the camera out of focus. We'll fix it ASAP.

We are working with cams right now. The apartment is shut for a short maintenance.

Oh right. It is interesting, but the way forums work is that people post here and there where it gets interesting for them. It's nice to see it got interesting for Ash here and we'll be glad to see this user among our subscribers. The main reason we are here is to take a look at our service from user side. It really boosts our vision and keeps our plans related to comfort of end user. We like keeping subscriber growth rate the more and more organic though.
