We saw some screenshots and videos sent to us via Support and Twitter. We have already forwarded these to participants, so they could discuss this behaviour between each other. That is not OK, and that is not a crime. If this continues - we'll take care of that with more direct actions.

And the update for awaited apartment, a.k.a. "06/02". We cancelled it. Short background on what happened: Last year a person contacted us with request to join VHTV with own apartment. We call these studios - fully independent entities, who sign contract with VHTV and we connect to their equipment. This is the easiest way to join us and start earning - set up own apartment, get own equipment, and hire some people to live in. In these cases we can either lease apartment or just give specs so the studio could purchase suitable equipment Everything went as planned. They showed us some apartments they could rent before we approved one of them. They purchased some equipment and now it's time to connect And then it goes clusterfuck. We have waited for expected date for their cameras to be set up, and after all they had only several of them ready, and the rest were faulty. These are definately were not the cams we suggested, but they were fit to techincal requirements. After some attempts we started to connect to cameras, but after all, these all became inaccessible. And the person haven't yet replied to us. Anyway, we decided "fuck that", and just told this person to tell us when he's out of coma and all the equipment will be ready on his side. Until then, we'll do nothing with it. Consider this apartment as canceled. The person responsible for this studio will be given special "contract" where we will add "Crime and Punishment" section for downtime if fault is theirs. Meanwhile, we're adding new apartment this week featuring you-know-who. Anna & Alex & Peter & Emma & Mia & Kenny apartment will get +1 camera in Hall. One cam in Peter&Emma apartment will be moved to window side. Back to work, guys!

Yury, hello, I'm told that Russian team is working with your case via Twitter. It's adnormal you can't log in and we will fix it ASAP. Be sure I'll add you some days to your account for inconvenience. Are you kidding or trolling? The reason Yury can't watch VHTV as unlogged-in user is because he visits website from the country we disabled VHTV for. In this case it's Russia. And the page Yury sees clearly states the reason why the access is disabled, and there is like ENORMOUS login form for subscribers so they could continue watching us wherever they are at the moment. Any active subscriber can access website from any location. This is it. The reason Yury can't log in is either human fault (forgotten password) or bug. We're working on both these possibilities right now. Ooops. Thank you.

Hey joeybaggs, thanks for your feedback. We do agree with you, that good lighting, cameras, audio is must-have at VHTV. The reason some of our apartments do not have the top-best quality right now is money. Money of our participants that they earn working with us. The thing is, as we explained many times previously, our participants do rent or buy equipment, as well as apartments. In most times we help them to start-up, but actually they are quite independent. The advantages of independance are clear, but the main is income they get, because we share 50% with them. So as the time goes, and the more viewers they get - the more money they hold and eventually they will be able to set up better equipment. I see you're serious businessman and so on, and we appreciate your expertise, but our model is different from other websites and other projects. We aimed to grow, not to simply withdraw money from our company to spend for nothing. We are 3 month old, and we have just started our way to overtake the leadership. Actually, we do re-invest money into development and advertising. Wish you all the best and be sure we'll improve to fit everybody's expectations ;) There are two things - quality and volume. We are about to get the balance between these two right. The growth of apartments was as planned as unexpected. As we get two of upcoming apartments up we're taking a break to make next steps into development, apartment quality and, eventually, geographical expansion. This clearly looks like a bug. Hello. We speak english and read in english, but as far as I understood, you need to read the message above from us. Seriously, the thing with closet escalated way too much, mostly by those who think that two adult human beings are able to have sex in the space they hardly got into. Mirror bending, movements, seriously, where is so much awaited thread for conspiracy theories? No, we are not kicking out people because they got into closet for 5 minutes. And we do not kick people who covered or moved cam unintantionally or becuase they did not understand the rules. We speak to them, like... we speak to people. Sorry if you would like to see real-life prison or something, but that is not about VHTV.

Sorry man, we did not intend to ignore your messages! We have previously said about different due dates for videos section, and now the answer is - wait for announcement. It's more about UI right now and it's work with backend, so it won't take more time than needed. Meanwhile, we have some work on critical things to be finished before we can proceed with videos archive. That's why it is delayed. Anyway, we are sure you will enjoy it as soon as it is ready.

Hello CamCaps. We had too much to do recently, that's why we were late to answer your Support tickets and, lastly, to show up here. Let me give you updates on several urgent things: New apartment is late for 3 days. Reason - connection problems with equipment at apartment owners side. As you know, our model is simple - everyone can connect to VHTV to stream their studios, apartments or to become participant themselves. This time new managers of new apartment just could not set it up on expected time, that's why delay. Now we are in charge of process and our techies are doing their best to get it working and to be able to get it live today. 5 cameras will be available on start, +3 cameras will be added in the next two days. Technical fault of manufacturer. We will announce it later today with sneak peeks of new House. Archive Moments are finally complete at backend, now it's time for UI. We want to keep it simple, yet functional and convenient to use. We have read about "hiding" and everything related to that. We reacted, guys talked to each other on that case and new couple promised to comply. If they don't - you know what may happen. But again, we, at VHTV, are working with people, not monkeys. We do understand, that they need to get used to cameras and living under surveillance. That's why we're giving chance to everyone, and we do ignore exaggerations about hiding, that we consider as really unreliable reason to make decisions on participants. We do listen to the comments like these, and start watching these participants carefully to see if there's negative or positive trend. But we don't kick out our participants by the first message. Hello all, We are aware of activities issue in this apartment and new people are coming to this House soon. There is a guest girl at the moment, by the way.

Logical and essential suggestion, Harvey. We are not dumb, and our decisions are based on clear reasons. Of course, they are left clear mostly for us, but that's how we do it. Basically, if we see that some people just do not fit in, we don't take time to keep them. We'd better let other participants from other apartments earn their share than leaving people, who do nothing and act like an anchor for everybody on board.

Ha-ha :) Agree. If only we did manage these people as RLC and VV does. We don't. We let them (and their managers) decide how it would be better for them and that's it. Sarcasm? Apartment managers may be not HR stars, but they always try to find the best participants for you to enjoy. That what makes each apartment unique - different management and different style. Soon, as we get as big as our only competitor, we will have enough resources to hire and exchange people faster. We're 3 months old, but we learn fast.

Yes. Next week (answered here too). We are really busy upgrading our infrastructure. Timeline consumes more resources than expected, that's why lags are present right now. We want to make sure it's being delivered to everybody at instant speed. We're improving it in background and really try to rush Archive Moments release, but our developers have only one pair of hands per each, unfortunately.

Planned for next week. Right after new apartment featuring @guitargst will be set up. But, wait, we didn't tell you that ;-)

For gods sake, it this topic is still on guys? We're waiting for the host of this House to set up the cams. Last info - it will take +- 2 hours to complete installation. After that we'll adjust cams in inside preview mode, and live video to VHTV will be streamed tomorrow. We care, but won't give any dates right now. There are two couples pending to be boarded to Eric&Layla House, and one couple is going to join Natasha&John too. We'll give additional announcement as soon as it gets clear on dates. It seems like you have swapped two companies between each other, Sherlock.
