New timeline version is coming on new week. Archive Timeline v0.2b includes activity graph which may be clicked to skip to the most interesting moments in the past. No scrolling and crazy sensivity this time :)

It is nice to see the most active users of CamCaps community and CamCaps Staff discussing the issue with video sharing. We will accept whatever decision you will make between you on how to share or not share videos within Forum. If attachment center works for everyone - that's great. As we said, our job is to make sure no videos are being uploaded to the websites, where other users can see them for free or, specially, the websites, that take money from users to watch videos, made at VHTV. These websites are waiting to be hit hard by law, which is on our side. We're taking measures soon to prosecute these actions. That's right. In addition to that, additional encoding may be implemented not only in video, but in audio too. This helps identifying the source of leakage to ban resposible users and prevent it from leaking in the future, despite it is invisible for everyone else. This is under discussion in our team. The problem with annual subscription is refund process. We don't process a lot of refunds, but if that happens - it costs additional money we need to pay to payment systems like Verotel. That's why we ban users after refund, if the reason for refund is irrelevant to the quaility of service we provide. Therefore the larger the amount of refund processed, the larger amount of fee we need to pay to process this refund. This makes annual subscriptions risky for our business, despite of miserable share of refunds. This will be solved as soon as we start processing payments by ourselves (in a couple of years).

For sure, if your subcription is recurring. Those who purhased subscription before Nov29-30, had one-time subscriptions, because we wanted to make sure that we deliver good and stable service before starting charging automatically. You can check it with Verotel or asking our Support.

As you have already seen - apartments are constantly developing. They may lack of activity, improve with time, decrease in activity and so on. Of course, we're doing our best to start up apartments with action from the start, but we always give them a chace for starting period to develop themselves. Be aware, new pricing is on it's way too.

Hey miscvoyeur, thanks for bringing it up. The thing is, there is no "free up bandwith thing". Free and Premium infrastructures are two totally different things. We do not share resources of Premium servers with free streams and vice-versa. We are aware, that there may be buffering for free users, and it is not OK, we know. The reason this happening is just because we grow faster than expected and we're a bit late with hardware updates for free users. And we do not rush, actually, because we're focused on delivering the best service for paid users. I'm sorry to hear you had problems during your trial subscription. Did you send a measage to our Support team? If they did not solve it, that is our professional fuck up and please let me know your account details via PM, i will investigate that personally to see how bandwidth load could affect the buffering on your side, if it did. We work really hard to improve VHTV for everyone, and you can help us becoming the best.

Are you free or premium? Subscribe to premium to switch high-power servers. You never will get the best picture as free user on VHTV, guys :( These guys are rocking there!

The simplest solution is "pics only" policy, which we may consider as the only one for CamCaps. The share of videos posted here is much less than what's happening on VHTV streams, as stated above.

The other topic of discussion is sharing within CamCaps community. That was asked before, why do we allow it. We allow it to do for now. Actually, we have given personal permission to some of users to share some of videos here. We haven't given permission to other users, so just keep that in mind. In the future we may change the rules. We don't plan to prohibit sharing, but we'll make some conditions on how, where and what to share. This is under development, and we'd like to hear out the most active members of this forum who do share. There may be some options to consider in the future: ban on sharing the videos, that are included in videos archive (on it's way to premium subscribers soon); explicit inclusion of additional watermarks; ban on sharing videos with particular members or/and apartments; video length limitation (for example, only videos under 5 minutes are allowed) and so on. We'll be thinking about it for some time. Despite some content is being shared here, the major part of action happens within VHTV streams. If this changes - we change the rules.

Hello waldi, Very good question. We are aware, that videos of our streams are being illigally distributed by other websites. We have only given permission for users of CamCaps to share videos to each other within the forum. Without signing anything, just told we are not prohibiting this. Regarding the websites you mention, DMCA Takedown notices are on their way to the owners and hosters of these websites. You, and other users can help us identifying these websites and send us some links to Support or PM. As we're have just started, no messages have been sent (yet). But be sure we're going to react in the most recent future. So, a good notice to website owners (they surely check all the threads on CamCaps to find videos, shared by users), who distribute videos from Voyeur House without our permission: let's be civil and just delete these videos from your websites unless you really want to be left without your servers or services, that host them. We really don't want our premium users, who, you're totally right, paid money to watch streams and videos, be fooled by those, who distribute them without permission.
