It's quite simple to explain - we collect view data based on the stream you watch. No other UI or anything else matters here.

Great to hear that. (Relief sound). This is really similar to the bug we had right when we started - if you remember, sometimes, when you clicked on camera in the right sidebar, the UI around the stream switched to other apartment. We have been working on this bug for some time and fixed it at the end. Now it behaves just as before, but with timeline. The bad thing - the share of users, who experience this bug is really small. I'm sending this to Q&A dept so they test it the next whole day. Be sure we fix it right as soon as we catch this fucker. Important thing is that behaviour, if confirmed by others, does not affect stats collection. Thank you.

You're watching Alex&Lina&Eric&Layla Cam#2 (Free) You click on any place of timeline The UI around the stream changes to other apartment (left sidebar with Realm selection and right sidebar with camera selection) but the stream is being switched to the time you have selected on Timeline from the apartment and camera you have clicked it from? In your example, it's still Alex&Lina&Eric&Layla Cam#2 (Free). Is that correct?

Thanks Jabbath. The picture shown by @Harvey Brooks looks like a bug we fixed long before we have rolled out Archive Timeline. I want to get more information on this before forwarding to Dev dpt

Wonder if this post has ever been seen by you, gentlemen. I could not believe that this bug is still being discussed. As far as I know, no new info was sent to our Support regarding the bug discussed. Again, we want you to help us find and fix this bug if it's there! But the way you describe it - no stat being corrupted by this issue. So our answer is still no, stats are being collected as they should be. Good point. Actually, I think, we can perform test run with multiple responsible users to check how many time did any of them spent watching each cam. Just to assure everybody, including us :)

We are not limited to certain countries and when we enter in the new juridacy, our lawyers research everything from A to Z so we don't let down our participants and the company would not face any lawsuits. Ha-ha, we do our best, at least we try. Working with people is not an easy thing. Basically, HR takes most of the time and effort, and it takes more time for some people to get to the voyeur style of living. But we do believe in our participants and support them as much as we can. You wish. We may become reach as soon as we grow up to 20-30 apartments (this point is not that far, by the way). Right now we re-invest all the money we get into development and advertising, as well as additional things we research and plan to introduce. So far, so good. Thank you, Amy!

No restrictions at all. We're working on opportunities to run apartments in Pacific zone, some of them are currently in discussion with participants. Meanwhile, we're looking forward to hear more from people in different timezones, especially english-speakers. We know our audience, and we understand the demand on english-speaking tenants. As for start, it was much easier for us to start up with russian speaking apartments, because Russians (and CIS countries) seem to have more managers with people to become participants. This year will show if we can expand geographically as fast as we grow in audience quantity and quality. Basically, all we want to do is to show how easy it can be to become participant, manager or studio.

For sure there will be everything we said before. Thank you for your feedback. We know Timeline is painful, that's why we keep it in Beta, collecting more and more data to work with.

You misunderstood me too, then. I said I will discuss the development of User Favourite moments, not the moments we consider may be favourites of yours. Of course not. Jabbath and you made a really good point and that's what I took into consideration. As for beginning, we may ask some of active users to help us with saving favourite moments for everybody, but no public saving will be available at start. We'll do it step-by-step.

We have about 2 000 000. viewers per month - these are public stats, can be checked everywhere. I can't share information on customers, can only say that for now we have enough customers to pay satisfactory 50% to participants, and not enough to invest more in much better equipment and more advertising. But, to say the truth, current subscription rate and it's trend shows that this moment is not far away from now :) Considering we're just 2+ month on the market, I'm proud to thank and congratulate everyone, who enjoys premium time at VHTV. As for voyeurs you mean participants? You can count them :) As for this problem - we need more information about it. Could you please send us additional info on your browser and screenshots via Support ticket? I know you did already, and we have fixed similar problem before, but as for now - we are not catching it on our side. If recording a screencast is possible - that would help a lot. If it jumps to default cams of Realm1, which are free for everyone - Kitchen and Living room, these views do not count. Only premium member views of premium cameras are count. If it jumps to Premium cams of Realm1 - this is a serious bug and we'll get to full investigation of this problem ASAP. As far as I understand, it doesn't. There is one exclusion for free cameras being count when premium member watches them. When there's very big popularity of free cam views in real-time, we auto switch to SD quality for free users and start counting premium views of free cams. As this happens, Archive Timeline views are not popular, relying on stats I see. So for now my answer will be no. The bug you're experiencing does not affect the stats of premium cam views in A&A apartment. Hope it explains everything and please forward more information to our Support - it is much appreciated.

That's what system will do by default - saving the same moment from different angles with an output of several videos. You are right about favourite moments. We'll discuss it in team.

I will take your comment into consideration, as always. The way we implement this is similar - we rely on the activity stats and select the moment users really liked, because they watched these moments with more interest.

Harvey Brooks, it was stated multiple times, that it's up to tenants who to live with, where to live and what to do. There are occasions, when we find new talents and introduce them to participants or their managers so they decide if they want to get along with them or not. These occasions are covered by our Become Participant program running too. Please don't try to blame us of insulting or some kind of provoking when nothing similar is being expressed by us.

As for me, I kinda agree, but that's a matter of taste :)

Sure we fully understand it and the quality of this apartment or the one, that may substitute them will be improved significantly based on all the feedback we got from our premium users.

We need to reconsider our business model. It seems like the "TV" in our name stands for something more :D
