This isn't so much a conspiracy but I do find it quite curious. RlC has been around since 2011, but there is almost no information about who's behind it. You'd think that after 6 years some information would come out, either from past employees, the media, or adult industry publications. It's hard to estimate how many employees RLC has but I'd imagine it's in the range of 10 - 20 (IT, Finance, AP, CEO, Developers, Etc), but again we've never heard from any one. The amount of revenue that RLC generates must be in the millions if not 10's of millions, they are one of the top 600 sites in the world which means they get a lot of traffic. I've always found it interesting that RLC calls itself a "Project", rather than a type of show or entertainment. What is the goal of their project? And why are they so secretive? They are registered in the virgin islands which obscures their ownership. Who ever started RLC must have had a lot money and a lot of technical know how. The technology that RLC employs is very advanced particularly how they are able to figure out who posted individual screen shots or short video clips, not to mention being able to setup the infrastructure to stream all of the cameras in real time. - RLC is run or sponsored by the Russian government, they could use it as a way to launder money, or they could use it as a way to disseminate information via subliminal messaging or stenography , they could also be using it as a way to gather information about the people who watch the streams - RLC is run by some type of research organization, they could be tracking global traffic patterns and gathering intel on viewers, it could also be a legit research project where they are studying the tenants, and are paying for the project by charging for memberships - RLC is run by some a wealthy real estate mogul or real estate investment firm, they are able to acquire and afford high end apartments in affluent cities around the world, this would take expert real estate knowledge, business accumen, and significant financial backing - RLC is run by some type of criminal organization for the purpose of money laundering, and/or as a way to generate ligit money Those are just a few of my theories, what are yours?
