    I'm pretty sure most big cities around the world have pockets of hopeless people. When you vacation here in big cities, you're directed to the nice areas. Cities like LA or San Fran have the same situation I described.

    Thats where I work, in Kensington. It's a heroin addicts heaven. I get out after dark a lot of times, and anyone walking around under the el at that time of night is mostly up to no good.

    Used to be a great city. They keep driving out the taxpayers with increases, and service and the schools are horrible. The voters keep electing the same idiots expecting them to do the right thing.

    No, I've heard of it though, I just checked, it's closed now. The cab drivers are the worst in Philly. Uber is the only way to go now, it's awesome!

    I work in Philly in a very poor section. Lot of drug activity and users and crime. It is pretty scary.

    We never wear our shoes in the house. First of all its not comfortable, and worst, you drag in everything you stepped in outside, including dog crap, spit, oil, grass, bugs, and where I work, pee, needles, cum I'm sure. Food debris pigeon shit etc. All of our friends know this and do it without asking.
