OK, aybe they're not favoured. But there are atleast a ton more of the +7 apartments, and other silly show places, like Ambar & Dane, etc, etc. Sadie also kind of falls in this category, though I sometimes watch her. There are only only one of these places left, where they have wild, but still kind of normal parties. Benjamin's, that is. Webster & Dolly were closed. Jakar was closed. It doesn't seem like Diana will ever get replocated. Sergio has completely died out. Stifler and Ken & Barbie have also grown kind of tame. Besides, Stifler's place is pretty small, and has terrible camera angles.

Actually, I would say Stephie is the one who cleans and tidies the most in there. She even folds up Goldie's clothes when she finds them.

Well, yeah. That is correct. But I'm tempted to say that the rules are also scewed alittle bit against places like this. These apartments have a huge disadvantage in that they seem to bring in their real friends, and it is new people all the time. If a guest slips up, they get punished imediately. It probably has to be this way, but still. Look at the +7 apartments in comparison. There are just as many asshole there, just as much exploitation and just as much drug use. Their hired hands are probably read in on the rules as well as the script.

It seems like a problem that all the good people get kicked out, and we are left with official tenants like, Benjamin, who aren't at all that interesting.

What they really need is a bigger place. The downstairs is kind of good. We have a big living room, with two couch-areas. But there are only two bedrooms, and we have two couples + one single living here more or less permanently. There is no optimal space for guests to hook up. An alternative would be to kick out Benjamin & Faye. I'm not opposed to that either. But the camera angles in that guestroom is very bad anyway.
