I think the biggest problem is the concept of the vacation-apartments. They are brought to a city where they have no social network. It was never a problem in R1, R2, Anabel & Efim, Stesha & Marco, Taya & Will, Olivia & Nick, Ulyana & Marat, Lana & Robert, Carla & Yanai, etc. And it doesn't seem to be a problem for the few place on VHTV that occationally have more normal looking parties either. The problem is the GOVs, it is too many variables that almost never click. Therefore I can't understand why RLC haven't added any new roommate-apartments. Or e.g. turn B1 or B2 into a place with only Spanish girls. They could have brought a more stably good situation to the site.

This looks like you standard Barca party. No outside people. Only the addition of Masha and BF and Zac (who was former tenant). FS's friends are just the work crew. It's better than their regular bullshit showparties, but you are right. Way too few men to be a more exciting balanced party.

A couch and a table in the party room would also be nice. Now they're just standing there rocking slightly up and down.

Gina is the last one of the current GOV-cast I would like to see leave. She is the only one who adds anything to the house. The rest could leave tomorrow, I won't miss them.

I hope so. They don't exactly have these kind of parties very often. It's usually just a bullshit show with girls from the other apartments. We had one about a year ago though, with DJ and full package, that was outside by the pool. I'll like to see more pool parties in the summer to come.

Definitely! Why not make it a maxi bar, when we're first at it. I see several alternative locations. The dining area in the living room, or turn the mostly empty fitness room completely into a party suite.
