    While some of what you say may be true...I for one DO NOT WANT THE GOV APARTMENTS TO CLOSE! Also, the thought of more apartments like Carla's replacing GOV will only drive more subs away. Weather they can the COV apartments or not is not a concern to me...BUT keeeping them seperate from GOV is . The GOV apartments drive subs and will continue to do so once the change up happens, things should improve. Covid has certainly messed everything up. As for a comparison to a bunch of Russian based apartments vs these...well clearly Covid is not being taken seriously there. Not to mention the fact that VHTV has different apartments every day.

    Well as usual your wisdom as dispensed by a simpleton is on display. While I agree that shooting someone in the back while running away is problematic...when someone reaches into a car and the cops have zero knowledge of what he may come out with...in the US...it could very well have been a gun. Cops are trained to defend themselves against such an act. He had a knife, he ignored the cops and proceeded to reach into his car...he got shot. The real issue is perhaps the other 6 shots, but even then, that may have been what it took to get him to stop.
