Looks like we've lost Crystal. As far as I know, she decided not to participate in SPA day, as well as in the project. She had time to evaluate her capability and said that she'll better stay with her job, the one that she had before. At least it didn't take much time and not a person, as I see, did not "fall in love" with her.
