    And i agree... but that's nothing to do what i said about the above example.. i talked about one member complaining many times and nothing is done, unless you want to keep complaining eternally about something that they don' "care" or give you reason on that.. the logical tells ok, so i will stop watch the apartment where this happen

    Well i guess they was giving that answer on first tickets... then they must have received a thunderstorm of tickets and think that could be the "possibility" after all from being from their side

You said that VH didn't put any anastasia action because they don't have images to put - because blankets(what it's not true because for a lot of times they already put pictures with blankets in action) And i asked you if you think that's also the reason why 0 pictures of the orgy with 7 persons was hosted on the VH twitter... because there is none images of that... It was a different way to show you that don't having pictures from anastasia there doesn't mean what you try to said (and give the example)

    I was thinking that was the guy that was with Anna that did the finger thing... So that means that VH alert Anna and he was kicked out??? So why are people complaining about VH don't do nothing about that issue?

    It's a total normal situation on a support system.. or do you want them to personalize each answer from the dozens/hundreds of tickets they are receiving from same subject???

    Answering that (even that it's copy paste) means that they know the issue... they can say that they will talk with the tenant and don't talk or not saying that and talking... it's something that i don't "need to know" because i don't know if it will really happen.. The purpose from who had opened the ticket is done..
