About george i totally agree with you... and i said it before (again) more then once what i think about him and his behave with the employee's.. But this kind of behave from alan is there with him... nothing to do with george (maybe helped to come to surface more easily)..

I'm not a psychologist, not even close ... But i had see many situations in my life (and yes, i know people are different) similars to these... And all the signs on alan was there... and at that time i said more then once... for sure this will happen again and will be worst (not see images from the bathroom, but according for the comments here for what happen i guess it was more hardcore then only grab on her neck and shake her with strong)
