    I don't think that RLC is taking good care of Bogdan & Nelly because they are back as active participants even after Bogdan has been doing some administrative / supervisory duties for about 2 years and before that about 3 or 4 years in Russia as participants. If RLC really wants to take care of Bogdan & Nelly, they could have helped them to live in an offcam apartment or at least not to install cameras on the floor where they are staying in B7 (including their bedroom and bathroom). I really didn't anticipate that RLC would make Bogdan & Nelly to be active participants again but I am not surprised at all especially after the way RLC treated Fiora & Harley in B6 and B4.

    Thx Noldus for answering the questions and shedding some lights on what happened with B7. I think Bogdan doesn't play an important and vital role with RLC to convince them to rent or buy B7. Because if he is a vital and important employee, he wouldn't be back with Nelly as active participants. I think that B7 was not supposed to be online and they decided later to put it online. From what I am seeing that the RLC's guy who is playing musical chairs with switching the free cams on and off until the time of this post for many of the apartments, I can say that putting B7 online hasn't achieved so far what RLC was hoping to achieve with boosting the number of subscriptions

    I know that Bogdan performs some duties for RLC for a couple of years. What I meant is there a direct connection between B4 & B7 ? so the person doesn't need to leave B4 or B7 to go to the other villa. It is like two people staying at 2 separate rooms at a hotel but there is a door from the inside that connects the two rooms together.

    I know that you can leave B4 from either the front door or the garage. For the last few months, Bogdan sometimes used to enter B4 from the garage and knowing now that he was living with Nelly in B7 villa next door. So that means the garage connected to B7 ? Which lower backyard you mean ? the B4 backyard ?

    I have few questions and iI can't find answers to them. It will be great if anyone of the veteran members of RLC and CC (such as Noldus or the moderators) can answer these questions. 1) Since when RLC has the B7 villa ? My understanding is that the B4 villa is owned by the person who acquired RLC in 2017. Was the B7 villa owned by RLC since 2017 and they never put the villa online until this week ? 2) Whenever some of B4 tenants go into the garage in front of the penthouse and disappear for some time over the last year or so, is it possible that they go to B7 and spend sometime there ? Are B7 and B4 connected through the B4 garage ? 3) If RLC has the B7 villa for few years, what made them to put it online now ? Is there a significant decline in their subscription revenues and this is a way to improve things ? I hope to read answers to my questions from some of the veterans on here.

    Now it is clear 100% to me where Bogdan & Nelly used to disappear for few days at a time last year when they were at B4 to get away from the cameras. The question now is where they will go to get away and take a break from the cameras ? Go to B4 😉 😉 ?

    I have few observations/ conclusions from opening B7. 1) I didn't expect that Bogdan & Nelly to be participants again after they left B4 almost a year ago. I think Bogdan & Nelly didn't have a choice other then being online participants again. The other choice is for them to move out of this nice villa and rent apartment on their own which they probably can't afford. 2) My expectation is that B7 is likely to be a quiet place with no parties as long as Uncle Bogdan & Auntie Nelly 😉 are there. 3) For the two new guys, the most they can do is to hook up with any of the girls from the other Barcelona apartments. I don't think that they will be able to pick up girls from bars or night clubs and bring them to a place full of cameras. We observed in the past some guys were brought to different apartments by RLC girls and some of these guys didn't like the cameras and they left. I am sure girls from outside won't like the idea of cameras being around. This is my humble opinion.

    Maybe RLC is owned by Roman Abramovich 😉 😄 so Spain will have to seize it and no one will be able to watch RLC anymore 😉 On a serious note, my understanding is that the Russian company that owned RLC was registered in the Dutch Virgin Islands but recently it is registered in Cyprus which to some extent confirms my theory is that there is new ownership of RLC since the last two or three months of last year. I guess the new owners are not Russians.

    I read some posts about Tweety either leaving or going on vacation again. It is clearer to me now why Holly & Tweety lost the penthouse. As I posted in the past, the only way for Holly to keep the penthouse is to share it with Tweety. Probably Tweety informed RLC that she is going on vacation and RLC said not again and they moved Holly & Tweety to separate rooms. I don't think that Luna deserves the penthouse because she is not one of the long time participants in Barcelona. It will be interesting to watch how Luna will communicate with the B4 girls and the girls in the other apartments (Russians/Ukrainians) when they have parties. She communicated today with Holly & Tweety in English.

    I don't think that Bogdan & Nelly will be participants again. Bogdan is doing some type of administrative. logistical and supervisory duties for RLC.

    I just thought about who will replace Holly & Tweety in the master bedroom after they moved to separate rooms. The girl has to be one of the top two or three girls who participated in Barcelona the longest times because RLC moved Holly & tweety downstairs for her to move in. The only girl who I can think of is GINA. We will have to wait and see.

    I like to know how long it will last this good friendship between Kylie, Rus & Di before any major change. I guess the same happened in the first weeks of Tata's stay in B5 and the rest is history as we saw. Maybe Kylie was jealous of Tata and she was concerned about something serious will develop between Rus & Tata. We will have to wait and see.

    Is it possible that some of former participants of RLC who are currently in Barcelona such as Daniela, Pam or Nana will be the occupants of some of the vacant rooms of B4 ?

    I don't understand so I gas to translate your reply to my comment. My understanding is that all RLC apartments are rented (B1, B2, B5,....) except for the B4 villa which is owned by RLC. My guess is that the value of this villa is about one million Euros or so. So if RLC wants to open new apartments in Barcelona, it will probably be rented apartments. That shows you how RLC is not even willing to pay a monthly rent and utilities in order to open a new apartment in Barcelona.

    I posted my opinion few times in the past relating to the subject of opening new apartments in Barcelona. RLC has not opened any new apartments in Barcelona since the closing of the Russian apartments in 2019. If they wanted to do that, they could have done it awhile ago. Under my own theory that there is a new ownership of RLC since October or November of last year, they probably paid big money to acquire RLC and all its assets. I guess that they are not willing to spend more money to open any new Barcelona apartments given that Barcelona is an expensive city. In the next few weeks, we will know if any of the 5 girls will reappear on RLC or not or in general a B7 will come online or not. This will prove me correct or wrong.

    I have a conclusion or speculation after I saw the announcement of the 4 girls of B4 left RLC. First, it is very bad for RLC that 5 girls left within 24 hours. Second, the 4 girls might finally have found an apartment that they have been looking for in awhile so they moved to this apartment to continue studying in Barcelona away from RLC. There is a possibility that Fiora moved in with her boyfriend and the other 3 girls moved to that apartment. Or this apartment belongs to RLC and will be B7 but I don't see any reason why it is taking RLC 5 or 6 months to find an apartment and install the cameras and the equipment. If none of these 5 girls reappear on RLC in the next few weeks, this will confirm to me that there is no villa/apartment coming online soon. More importantly is that RLC has NO INTENTION or PLAN to add any new apartments in Barcelona. On another note, I would like to say to Noldus that the time is not too late for him to establish communications with Svtiana 🤔 so he can get more reliable information about the Barcelona girls because I think some of his information lately not accurate.

    Bogdan works for RLC so RLC for sure pays for the stuff not Bogdan.

    I agree with some parts of the post. Regarding moving pieces of the furniture and a heater to her room, I don't agree with the comments because I think the heater in her room was not working and she didn't have enough furniture in her room which I don't blame her for that. The solution is in RLC's hands as I said before. RLC should stop being CHEAP and buy enough furniture and other things that the girls might need. I remember that Bogdan bought late last year some small tables for B4.

    It is really sad that Radislava left RLC. It is sad too that she didn't have a farewell party after almost a year and half from B1 to B4. Many girls who stayed for much shorter times had farewell parties and the person who is responsible for the last month's drama at B4 (Loraine) is still there. I remember that RLC gave Irma Apple notebook on her anniversary with RLC. Gina went out and bought it for her. I guess the new owners don't appreciate or recognize the girls' participation.
