There isn't much difference between the Two Resolutions if RLC were to go back to using 720p most wouldn't even notice it had been changed.

Try clearing your Browser Cache, Temp Files and Cookies then restart your Device or Computer and see if that helps. Sometimes Devices and Computers that run for a long length of time get a large build up of Temporary Files and sometimes causes performance issues. It's worth a try. It will either help or stay the same as it is.

Allowing more Bandwidth Output may help alleviate some issues. When Streaming 1080p it takes quite a bit of Bandwidth to make it function correctly. If not enough Bandwidth is used it will create Buffering Issues which will cause the Stream to pause for a bit till the Buffer catches up.

They have Multiple Servers in different areas. It seems to affect some and not others.

RLC finding a Solution could take a long time.

When the Girls get Active and do things worth watching it generates more people watching the same feed. When lots of people watch the same feed it interferes with the Bandwidth and creates buffering issues. Since RLC has their Video at 1080p it takes a lot of Bandwidth to keep the feed streaming. If they were to cut it back to 720p it wouldn't use as much Bandwidth and the Stream would flow smoother.

RLC will likely have another Apartment set up in St. Petersburg for them then they can interact with Nelly & Bogdan and a few other Tenants from that area. I don't think Stesha & Marco was in St. Petersburg even though they were in the same Time Zone.

Whatever happens is going to be interesting over the next couple of weeks. Trump will obviously deny anything said against him since he thinks he leads the most perfect life and never does anything wrong.

Mira & Kai arrived December 16th. Not quite at 90 Days yet but they are getting close. Maybe when they return to Russia RLC will give them Stesha & Marco's place that was recently Vacated.

Mike Pence will take over as President if Trump does happen to get Impeached. Mike Pence won't be as much of a Hard Ass Dictator like Trump.

The Video Yesterday showed Sam Nunberg blatantly saying he's going to defy Mueller. Overnight he has suddenly changed his Tune. Now he's saying he will cooperate with Mueller. Mueller has some serious Dirt on Donald Trump and it will soon be known. I think most will see the Mueller Investigation stems further than the Russians Meddling in the 2016 Elections. Donald J. It's a Possibility it could have been a Midnight Move. I have lived in Apartments for almost 40 Years and I have moved 18 Times and 7 of them I moved in the Middle of the Night without ever telling the Landlord in Advance I was leaving. Only 1 Place I lived Rent Free for 6 Months before the Landlord grew a set of Balls and had the Sherriff put a Notice on my Door to be gone in 7 Days but I already had a new place to move so it wasn't an issue of being tossed into the Street with nowhere to go. I just wanted to see how long it took for them to go through the BS to evict someone. I am too Old for that Moving Shit now so I am staying right where I am until they take me out in a Body Bag. $149 Per Month Rent all Utilities Included. I'd be a Fool to get up and leave a good deal.
