    The Police can't shut the Apartment down. They can only get a report and lay Charges if necessary. That's one thing the girls don't need is a Criminal Record for Disturbing the Peace it could Jeopardize any future returns. The only one that can stop the doings of the Apartment is the Landlord but a Police Report makes it easier to Evict when you face the Tribunal Board.

    They have been doing Vacationing quite a bit lately. They obviously have their Priorities on other things than RLC. It's time RLC give K & K the heave ho and find some replacements that will be Dedicated to the Project. ( Did You Hear That RLC )
