all I did was go to the host file open it with notepad scroll to the bottom make a new entry line of 127.0.0.1 http://adserver.juicyads.com then this blocks the ads coming through. Everyone has their choice of method to do it but if you use internet explorer the host file is the way to do it.

Mediafire or Putlocker. Those are the only two I've used. They both have worked well from both the uploader point of view and from the viewer point of view.
