I don't know exactly but I would say they'd have to be 30 or more.

That's what most of the problem with the dog was, its weight. It was so heavy it had to actually use all 4 legs just to jump. It was quite obvious the dog never had any exercise other than humping pillows. I never once seen them take it out for daily walks or doing it's business. All they ever put was those napkins that look like diapers on the floor to have the dog do it's business. She'll also have make sure Eva does not bark excessively or the neighbors may do some complaining then she may have issues.

I would think she'd be happy with the dog being there. Over time with Paul underneath her feet constantly she may get moody. I can almost bet their first meal together will be take out pizza as that's what used to be ordered most in the old place. It would be interesting to see what kind of shape the dog is in. When I last seen it, it had to use all 4 legs just to jump in the air. It was kind of on the heavy side for its size.
