    The prostate enlarges almost cutting off the ability to take a piss. A friend of mine was in severe pain until he had surgery to resolve the issue. There's only 2 options for that and that's surgery or remove the prostate but I've never heard of anyone wanting their prostate removed. Removing would prevent one from ever getting another hardon.

    Likely just the lens dome of the cam needs to be cleaned. A little Windex and some hand power, it will be good as new.
