I'm starting to think some people here are deliberately trying to be angry, about nothing. People who steal something from a store (etc.) hope that they will remain unrecognized despite video surveillance. In this case, that is not possible. Everyone would know immediately who did it, when it happened, etc. Everything would be saved in replay for days, so even if it were only discovered days later (which is practically impossible), it would be practically impossible not to know who did it. There is practically no place as safe as one of the bedrooms at RLC. This should be easy to understand for anyone who has the right mindset to live in the Barcelona apartments. Again, I think L&A are simply the wrong people if they are genuinely so deeply affected by something like this.

I think you're right in that L&A really do have concerns along the lines you describe, but from my point of view, that's a rather negative sign for their suitability for the Barcelona apartments. The Barcelona apartments are based on the idea that residents truly live together. This requires people who enjoy this lifestyle and build connections with others. That's where the confidence that they wouldn't steal anything should come from, and of course, besides the fact that this room is under three camera 24/7 video surveillance, and any thief would have to be brain dead to steal anything there. No, what you describe only reinforces my belief that L&A aren't really good for B5.

I do not understand the issue. Anyone who has ever stayed in a hotel or similar accommodation should be aware that they have most likely slept in a bed where others have had sex before. The same applies to bed linen. So, as long as the bed has been freshly made, they have practically the same standard as thousands of people elsewhere. In addition, if everything goes well, in a few weeks or months, the two will leave the project and a new couple will move in. They're not going to burst into tears just because someone else has slept in that bed or had sex there before them. Of course, it's different when the two of them are at this place and someone just walks into the room. That's quite critical, and I can still remember times when this happened regularly in B1 (before they installed new locks there). But that's not relevant at all in this case, since the two were away for long anyway. It all seems a bit far-fetched to me, and in my opinion, it shows a bit more why L&A are not a good fit for the projekt. What is needed are people who are more open-minded, not fun killers.

The whole thing reminds me very much of some of the Russian apartments where several young people gathered during the holidays between New Year's Eve and Epiphany (e.g., at Anabele and Efim's place). There was often little happening that was really interesting for a voyeur, but it was always fun to watch anyway.

It's just no fun for a girl to come to an apartment to work there, so to speak. I think, this can be seen quite clearly in B1 and B2. The girls don't like being there, and that's why these apartments feel so dead. That's why I think it's a shitty idea to have only one girl in an apartment that could work well with three girls. There is at least the possibility that the girls enjoy spending time in the apartment because they have fun there.

Who says that the girls can't enjoy both Barcelona and the community in the apartment and some other things people usually do when they are at home? And who says that just because many people find B1 and B2 disappointing, B4 and B7, for example, are not still worth paying for?

Oh, yes, my mistake, good that you opened my eyes. Of course, we shouldn't forget all the viewers who like empty rooms and boredom.

I know many here may not appreciate hearing this, but I believe it would be best to close at least B1 and maybe also B2 for the time being and then start again with new people. I also think it makes no sense to draw any artificial boundaries here. Both Jen and Vivi impress mainly through their absence and boredom. The fact that Vivi has now had one or two events shows more, in my view, how long that has not been the case. I think the problem is that the two of them don't actually live there, but only come to B1 to work.

One of the key factors for the success of Barcelona apartments is that RLC brings many people together there, due to the social interactions. Without that, simply counting beds has no value. With two girls in B1 who, on average, don't even spend half the nights there and, moreover, don't really talk to each other, and B2, in which a single girl waits with almost no social interaction (that we see on camera) until she can leave again, there is only very little value. And so B1 and B2 currently appear to be dead, even though, purely mathematically, only half of the rooms are unoccupied. Although I would also like to say that three empty rooms is a lot, given the duration and frequency with which this now occurs.

I think everyone here is aware of how important the Barcelona apartments are to RLC. However, it's not the apartments themselves that are really decisive, but their residents. Simply having a lot of places and then filling them with girls who aren't attractive or are boring, or even worse, having lots of empty rooms, is pointless. Just take the people who are actually present at the moment. You could easily leave out B1 or B2 and there would still be empty rooms. If you also take into account the girls who do little to nothing, then you could definitely cut out B1 and B2. So, what I'm saying is, RLC has virtually already closed an apartment, even though they're all still online.

Why B7, the apartments that are currently crap are B1, B2, and B5.

The apartments are nothing without residents. It's better to have one full apartment than three where the residents are always escaping elsewhere out of boredom.

For neither Vivi nor Jen is this apartment really a place to live, but rather a place of work. I think what RLC should do is to shut down B1 and reopen it only when they actually have a group of girls who want to live there together. In addition, because there is still so may unused rooms in general, I think RLC should also close B5, to look for new couples to move in there. Gelia could then move to B2, I think she would get along well with Astra. Then at least this situation of loneliness in these three apartments would finally be over.

She has to go somewhere if she wants to use the dildo and hide from the camera. I think all hope for improvement is lost with her. A textbook example of a do-nothing girl. What a shame. No one here has a problem if she prefers privacy, but then why move into a house full of cameras? No, she wants to enjoy benefits as a freeloader without giving back for real.

The beginning of a long-distance relationship with increasting but still very timid attempts at long-distance sex. If the two of them have a lively imagination, the whole thing could turn out to be really interesting over time. However, there is a high risk that Roxa will move out just before anything really happens. Let wait and see. I do not know.

It's a bit like multiplication: A single resident (like only one factor) without social interaction is worth very little to a project like RLC. It gets boring very quickly. A few people (like multiple factors) so to speak multiply up to more than the sum of all the individuals (if they get along well). If visitors come by it is eben better. The girl apartments just work best, because the residence change more often and there are simply more people. Not to mention that the girls there often just look better. Anyway, currently, in my opinion, Carlline and Park are one of the best apartments beside B4, because there is a lot going on there. You can see that they have fun and that's contagious. One of the most boring places on RLC for me is Linda&Tibor, because there are almost always alone and they have been on RLC almost forever. I've seen everything the do countless times. What's more, Linda is slowly getting old and has already lost much of her youthful beauty. Btw, I completely ignore the apartment with Vega and Rex, even though it's brand new, because I find the two of them completely unlikable and unattractive. I wouldn't be interested even if RLC brought together 10 people of the same quality.

I think you might be seeing this too dramatically. On the one hand, I think that she was certainly the driving force behind this event, even though she may have left most of the actual work to others. She also did a bit of chores, such as helping a little with cleaning. In general, I think @Maxbell is right. The group knows her strengths and weaknesses. Also, they all seemed smart enough to decide for themselves whether the end result would be more profit than loss for them. I think that's how life always works. People aren't perfect in everything, but that's a good thing, isn't it?

I'm surprised that no one else has noticed this yet, but C&P really had a lot of nice and good-looking guests visiting yesterday and today. For anyone who is a little disappointed with B1 and B2, there's a lot going on here, although, as expected there's no sex, etc., maybe the best New Year's Eve party at RLC this year.

Some of the guests and Kaya had already cleaned up a little earlier. I noticed something else, since people complain about guys so often here. Neytiri's guy made lunch. The guy that some people here can't get enough of talking negatively about.

Oh, yes, there's also Zara and Dana, I had completely forgotten about them. Yes, unfortunately you're right regarding them. They really just seem like emotionless robots to me. Zero emotional involvement. Were they even at the party? Yes, currently there are really only a few girls who are keeping Barcelona (i.e. B4/B7; the other places, B1, B2, and B5, are virtually dead) going. I really hope RLC has something planned here soon, but updates in B1 and B2 are much more urgent. Nothing is happening there at the moment. This places are dead.

Yep, "Happy New Year B2", we can only hope that RLC has a plan for this apartment. I don't think B2 has ever been this boring. It feels like déjà vu, as if I've made exactly the same comment about another Barcelona apartment. I don't know, I really hope that RLC comes up with something soon.
