Their affair continued for about 5 months, during this time Martina was still showing affection towards Alberto .... jumping in his arms, hugs + kisses, snuggling on the couch, showering together, and having sex. (lets not forget the New Years 4 sum frolic) A month after the frolic, February, having observed Martina in deep thought a few times, A Change Occurred! What prompted the change .... unknown. What is the involvement of the girlfriend .... unknown. The girlfriend may have nothing to do with the M+A troubles. "throw the shit in his face" It's not like Martina paraded the girlfriend around in front of Alberto. Except for the girlfriends appearance at the birthday party, she has avoided the apartment. For the last 6 months, Martina has been seeing this girl, sometimes overnight, once a week, on occasion two. The rest of the time she has been at the apartment with Alberto. I see no abuse, mistreatment, spitefulness, petty arguments, or nastiness toward Alberto. As couple break-ups go, this one has been quiet .... for now.

From what I have observed, Alberto accepted this " break-up " in a quiet demeanor. No screaming, fighting, throwing things. He realizes his time on RLC with Martina is coming to an end. In preparation for this, he bought a house, miles away from Barcelona. I don't know about the Bad-Bad Martina. She didn't insist he leave the apartment. She didn't through his belongings over the balcony .... like a mad woman. Over the past few months, Martina and Alberto continued to live together .... as roommates. They slept together for a while and a couple of times had sex. As time passes, less and less of each. From the explanation provided (emnv), Martina understands Alberto's difficulties with the bank/house purchase ..... the apartment remains available to him. It was also explained, Martina doesn't intend to cut Alberto out of her life. Remain friends. Poor Alberto. Alberto has been on easy street for a long time. Rent free apartment provided and a paycheck. Living with his best friend, someone who he can be comfortable with, talk to, and have sex with. Even when he suffered a bad business venture, he had the RLC apartment, paycheck, and Martina to rely on. This support provide him with the opportunity to sit on his butt and play computer games ..... what a tough work day. ( I do give him credit for meal preparation and home chores) I never did define their relationship. I may be old school, but Alberto never put a ring on Martina's finger. I guess the door was always open for each to walk away. Alberto was fully aware. As separations / break-up go, this one has gone smoothly. ( so far) I would expect good days, bad, emotions, brooding, curt comments, and sour behavior. Happens.

Best Room ? ..... I could argue which is the best room. N+B's efficiency apartment has a tiny bathroom, barely room for one. Ashley's spacious bedroom comes with a large bathroom ..... 2 sink vanity, jet tub, shower and private toilet. SHARE common areas I have never witnessed N+B restrict any of the tenants access to common areas. As i indicated previously ... a non-issue. N&B being invited elsewhere ????? what has this to do with anything? Just another distorted hyperbole. The same " fact " can be said of Martina and B1 and B2. Harley and Karol's. How many RLC tenants visited Carla? A meaningless tangent.

Your saying people should be able to run a muck? No matter where you vacation there are people or company representatives who oversee the daily running of the property. They cater to your needs and security. There are always rules and expected behavior norms. Just because you are on vacation at the beach does not give you the right: 1 to take a piss on the beach in front of everyone. 2 to get blind drunk an puke on a family enjoying the sun. 3 to become drunk and obnoxious and a threat to people. 4 to disturb the sleep of other guests with loud party noise at 2am. There are always limits. You .... working in the tourist industry are well aware of the balance of vacationers freedoms vs responsibility. You keep harping that the tenants actions are inhibited by N+B. I see no evidence of this. What I do see is Nelly and Bogdan interacting with the tenants, conversations, attending a swim/cookout, a party ...... then back-off, spend time in the garage, return to their bedroom ..... leave the tenants to themselves. Tim did not seem inhibited when he played with Kimberly on the B7 couch, then went to Tani's bed. No inhibitions with the Ashley-Gloria-Dylan 3 sum. The night when Wendy got drunk, went wild, did something stupid, got hurt ...... N+B were tucked in bed ..... no interference at all. Nobody interfered when Dylan had female visitors .... believed to be hookers. I see no inhibitions at all. The tenants come and go as they please.

Facts???? Still waiting to here a "fact". I read only your opinion on your questionable conclusions. Now you accuse Nelly and Bogdan of controlling who sleeps on the living room fold out couch / bed. I don't recall that many visitors using the LV couch/bed. A few times Alexandra and Lucian slept over, and I remember Shantal +Megan for a night, there may be others. I don't recall that many friends or family members of other tenants visiting B7 and staying overnight. A NON-ISSUE. As for Ashley's mom, you overlook the obvious. Maybe mom preferred a bedroom with a door, large bed to sleep on, and a private bathroom ....... rather than being on display in the living room sleeping on a fold-out couch/bed. It's called privacy! Needless to say that N&B prevent all fun from happening still waiting for proof of any interference from Nelly or Bogdan. ☺️

You must understand Russian and have better knowledge of the inner workings of the apartments and villa's. Who is strutting around like they own the apartment or villa? What conversations have been had, and between who, where rules have been laid down?

Making an accusation is the easy part, now ..... can you support your position? What action did you observe and by who? I may have missed it, but I have never seen anybody strut around an apartment (or villa) handing out instruction sheets or rule books.

Well, sometimes it's also selective memory. I think this is so true. I also think memories are .... short. Now ..... you give B1+B5 credit for boosting the events and interest in the failing B4+B7. I remember, a few months ago, people here were bitching about the stuck-up tenants of B5, B2, and B1 not visiting B4+B7 , and failing to associate with the tenants of the villa's. No wild pool parties. RLC also has a problem with overaging. Disagree ..... Nelly and Bogdon are about the same age as most of the RLC visitors. I think is smart of RLC to have on site some form of custodial representation. The villa's are worth millions, and it would be stupid to leave them in the hands of "visiting strangers". I would like to point out ...... in opposition to "do nothing girls" ..... N+B have sex 2 to 3 times a week. They are providing voyeur content. Yes, you have to have interest in them, that ....., after so long a time, is waning. Just like Linda, Masha, and Leora.
