So, how about picking one apt, (Dubna or Volga), and start replacing the cams one at a time until you have 1 really good apt on deck with good lighting. Then focus all parties and gatherings here until you pick up more subscribers and then do the next apt. Go ahead and kill off Tula and move Phil and Jackie into Volga or Dubna. You must get the cam quality up to par asap.
